Vulcan was finally able to let out a howl of rage. He was pissed. Plain and simple. His muscles were twitching with anger from being paralyzed for so long. Once he could move that arcanine was gonna get it...

Branimir gave a canine version of laughter which sounded sort of like a bark and howl combined as Vulcan howled. Once he had gotten himself back under control and regained his composure he unleashed another fire blast straight at Vulcan, the kanji symbol even glowed blue in the center, Branimir was definately putting his all into this attack.

He could move! Oh that arcanine was gonna get it, whether it was Rufio's mate or not, he had made him angry. Although Vulcan could move, he held his position, hoping to through Branimir off a little. He didn't need a command, he wouldn't have listened to one right now anyways. Opening his jaws quickly, just as the Fire Blast was coming for him, and convieniently covering what he was doing, it took Vulcan only a moment to readjust his head towards Branimir and aim one of his strongest Hyper Beams at him. Yeah. That's right, that did just happen. Vulcan thought.

Branimir saw the light from the other side of his flames and dodged to the right just in time to avoid the hyper beam. He growled, so, the fox wanted to play that way huh? Well, he'd see about that. Lunging forward his fangs crackled with electricity again and he bit down hard on what he was hoping was Vulcan.

It had been Vulcan alright, and he was getting angry about being bitten in the tails. Glaring and growling in anger, Vulcan's tails became like lead as he swung around in the quickest 360 he could manage, hoping to catch Branimir square in the face.
Jenette sighed, a hand coming to her face. She was going to have to work with his temper...

Branimir snarled angrily as the tails struck him in the side. Pivoting around he unleashed a dangerous stream of blue colored flames directly at Vulcan's prized tails. If they caught on fire it would serve the fox right.
Raina looked on in amazement as Branimir's flames got hotter and hotter it seemed that the combination of a fire field, a fire-type opponent, and building rage made his attacks more and more powerful as time progressed. She really would have to teach him to control his temper though, or he'd start going around burning everything down when he got upset and that just wouldn't do.

Vulcan danced out of the way, continuning his powerful swing of his tails out of harm's way. As he began to turn back towards Branimir, Vulcan readied his attack. Opening his mouth he unleashed a Fire Blast, the elegant scrawl of the fire kanji flying back towards Branimir. Their battle was getting heated, both wanting to win.

Raina frowned as Branimir's attack missed, and then watched as Vulcan's attack missed too. "Alright Branimir, calm down and focus! Are you listening to me?" Raina called out to her arcanine as he stood on one of the tall pillars.
Branimir barked as Raina spoke to him to show he was listening, wondering what she wanted of him now as he worked on calming down and focusing his attention solely on Vulcan.
"Good, now I want you to use will-o-wisp again, but make sure you're calmed down and focused first, no more missing." she called and then watched as Branimir nodded.
After staying still a little while longer to make sure his temper was fully under control he unleashed a will-o-wisp attack aimed for Vulcan, that was a very nice blue-white color. Too bad the prettiest flames are also the hottest.

It was easy for Vulcan to dodge this attack, with Branimir being so high up, it was simple to run out of the way. As he started running, he circled the pillar the arcanine was sitting on. As he ran he began building up a Fire Spin, his running accelerating the speed of the spin as the fire grew upward, hopefully catching Branimir soon enough and traping him on the pillar.

Branimir growled as his attack missed Vulcan again and as he noticed what the ninetales was trying to do he leapt across the gap to another pillar before turning and aiming a flamethrower attack at Vulcan. Hopefully he would hit him, if he timed it just right.

This was definitely getting annoying, Vulcan thought. Trying to follow Branimir's path, Vulcan opened his mouth, charing another Hyper Beam. One of them was going to win, he'd prefer it to be him.
"Don't rush yourself Vulcan!" Jenette ordered, hoping it would reach through his thick-headedness...

Raina watched as Branimir's attack missed again and she sighed, what the heck was going on today? It reminded her of Branimir's battle with the murkrow, Beth, that had lasted FOREVER. She looked on in silence deciding that Branimir could handle this on his own for now.
Branimir dodged to the left as the beam grazed his side and he snarled angrily. Rushing towards Vulcan Branimir unleashed another fire blast attack at close range. No way was he going to lose to a fox.

Vulcan was knocked of balance but he quickly recovered with a nice back flip, his tail splaying out behind him. That one hurt... but he would never show it. If he wanted to play this game, Vulcan to teach him the rules. He growled again and charged towards Branimir, a fire blast attack preceeding him.

Branimir was getting tired but he couldn't let up or he would lose for sure. All that Vulcan needed was one slip up, one moment where Branimir's attention was somewhere else and he could be the one that was losing.
Snarling he didn't even try to avoid the attack as Vulcan charged at him but he did unleash a dangerous flame thrower as Vulcan collided with him and at close range it was sure to do some damage.

Vulcan was thrown back a good distance and was slow getting up. Gritting his teeth in a snarl he glared at Branimir and unleashed another Fire Blast. He didn't have enough energy to strike with a hyper beam...
"Come on Vulcan..." Jenette whispered, cleanching her fists.
