i know i hate that cause u can sell uir rings give them or trade them

To reiterate a previous statement along these lines; the rings being sold in the marketplace are ones that were collected before the developers put the restrictions on them. As long as nobody equips them, they won't have the "soulbound" lock upon them.

At this point, the only way to be able to sell rings is to either to have been playing the game long enough that you still have unbound rings in your inventory or to buy unbound rings on the marketplace and turn around and sell them yourself...

Selling them to a shop (such as Back Alley Bargains) wouldn't be a bad option. Personally, I think that I'd probably still salvage them for the orbs to charge other rings, but some people might prefer getting some extra gold for their extra rings.
