Raina grimaced when Branimir's attack missed, this wasn't looking good. Not to mention the burn had worn off now. "Dodge it Branimir!" she called as the coral came flying at him but there was nowhere to run and he got hit a few times. Growling in frustration he waited for Raina's next command.
"Branimir, use fireblast one more time!" she called out and crossed her fingers hoping that this attack would hit.

Attempting to head into the water to dodge the attack was futile as Catherine got hit straight on with the attack. Bursting through the flames when the attack subsided, Catherine reacted on her own with a Hyper Beam, a low stream of gold bursting from her pawns.
Meeka gave an admissible sigh, yawning slightly. Battling sure gets boring when all the trainer does is stand there and yell attacks all willy-nilly.

Raina grinned when the attack hit the mewtwo. "Awesome, a critical hit, good job Branimir! Now hit her with Crunch!" she called out and finally this battle was looking up.
Branimir had been excited as well to see the critical hit, finally it looked like things were going to even out. Then a golden beam was coming towards him at an unavoidable speed and he was flung backward, dazed for a few moments before he shook it off and regained his bearings. He was getting tired but he couldn't give up. Rising to his paws again he stepped forward and readied himself for his next attack. Now as Raina gave him his next command he ran forward, jaws open and unleashed a powerful attack, clamping his jaws down hard on whatever happened to be in his path, hopefully it was the shoulder of the mewtwo.

Catherine hesitated from the bite, crying out in pain as her shoulder blared with pain from the bite. She tried her best to shake him off, but that only seemed to worsen the pain inflicted by the Arcanine's fangs. Having no choice, she teleported away to above the water again. Slapping her tail on the surface, Catherine retorted with an Aqua Tail. Eye for an eye, right?

Branimir jumped back as the mewtwo teleported away and he snarled as she sent water flying in his direction. He got covered by the droplets and shook it off before racing towards his foe and leaping into the air and aiming for her other shoulder he used Crunch again. He was getting tired but this wasn't the time for giving up.

Once again, Catherine was bit in the shoulder and she gritted her teeth to hold back the pain. She forcefully tried to push Branimir off as she slapped her tail on the surface of the water again to unleash another Aqua tail. She panted heavily. She was beginning to wear down, though her opponent was looking too great either.

"Branimir look out!" Raina called as the mewtwo retaliated with another water attack but she was too late and Branimir collapsed into the water unconcious. Thinking quickly Raina pulled out his ball and returned him to it's safe confines.
"Good job, that was close. We should have a rematch sometime." she called to the other trainer as she started to leave her podium, the only thought in her mind was getting Branimir to a pokecenter as quickly as possible.
