Mashaka looked around himself. "No no its not far from here." he told the lioness. He turned to start walking in the direction of home there was no need for words on his end, he knew that he was safe with the lioness.
He wove through trees on the way there, he spotted his den, "There it is." he said quietly, "Thank you." he told the lioness, giving her a quick nuzzle. Before turning and sauntered towards his 'home'.

She trotted along at his side, ever so casually glancing down at him and around at her surroundings. It made her sad inside to see him go, but in her heart of hearts she knew he was better off with his family than with her.
His nuzzle caused her to gasp and pull her paws in closer. She sat, content with watching him until the last bit of purple disappeared with a swollen heart. "Be careful," Ban'ma whispered.
