I have a list a mile long... it'll take ages to type up... but I do have a fav Cross over pairing.
Ryuichi from Gravitation and Momiji from Fruits Basket. They're just soooooo cute together. Need to start writing a fan fic with them together, not just RP them together... Oooooh! Plot Bunny attack!!! xd

Sirius x Remus (Animal lurv is hawt cool )
Harry x Draco (opposites are cool!)
Fai x Kurogane (They are shoooo cute together x3 Ninjas and mages are soo compatible xD)
Watanuki x Domeki (they booth have issues with each other. Denial is the first step xDD~)
Daisuke x Satoshi (The cutest pairing ^o^)
Touya x Yukito (hee hee I like them both <3 The first yaoi pairing I liked ^-^)

BakuraXRyou (YGO) : It's sweet.
SiriusXSeverus (HP): The friction between them sets off my slasher sence
SiriusXRemus (HP) : THe cannon that never was
HaruXKyou(FB): SO much matereal to work with so little time
CidXVincent(FFVII): It could happen...in my dreams for one
SeiferxZell (FFVIII): I don't know why but I loves em
Elricest (FMA) I can't belive it's not cannon!
Uncommons: (really have to look)
PegasusxOtogi (YGO): It just seems so likely in the anime.
