anyway idc really I picture rappers haven to be a spot where people wanna have fun and compare verses to see who beats who. But nothing serious like that, and neither of bringing down anybody who is under your status when it comes to battles. If we want hip-hop to remain alive we gotta help those who atleast try so oneday they can POSSIBLY become as "great" as people claim to be (Not saying any of them suck or are awsome im just saying what they claim)
If mak 'causes that kind of trouble such as bringing people down (which sometimes may offend someone to the point that they give up spitting) then it's fine by me if you ban him
either way don't take what he says seriously b he's 1 out of 6 billion people and it isn't like you'll ever know him.

Moving this back to RH and no you can't ban him unless he continueally posts real racist and real death threat comments. Any other kind of comments will be addressed if it seems too much. If you continue argueing without making progress, it's evident that you can't let go of the past enough to be productive or take criticism to improve because your feelings are hurt and if you continue argueing without warranted apology and can't take criticism to improve, it's evident that your pride is more important than everything else.
