I would say anything but Silver Ravenwolf. Alot of the stuff in their books seem to be incorect. Scott Cunningham is most likely you best bet when looking in places like Barnes and Noble. I hope it helps.

The Goodly Spellbook by Dixie Deerman and Steven Rasmussen is a good book to read. also check out www.pyramidcollection.com they have alot of books 3nodding
