Dovev blinked, and immediately felt both elated and down. One of Belle's siblings! Which meant she had more family than just him now! But...there was the possibility of her parents as well. Would he loose little Belle? The little one who'd brought so much light to his dreary life? "That's wonderful, Belle. Now one isn't lost."
When Upenzi claimed no knowledge of where their parents were...well, Dovev felt a little guilty relieved. "She did, hm? That...must have been a sight."

Mioyo laughed softly, nodding.
"Oh, quite so."
Upenzi stretched, padding to Belle and sitting by her, beaming.

Smiling a pleased smile, she turned back to Dovev, mounding between his forepaws and purring happily. "You've found us a real home dovev!" She giggles happily hiding between his fore paws. Some of her old family were here, not that her sister would replace dovev, but it was nice to know that some of her family still survived even if she did not know them any more.
"Can we go for a nap Dovev?" She whispers, looking up at the very large male with soft, innocent eyes. "I want to see more of our new home." She coos nuzzling in to his large foot paw happily.

Dovev leaned down and nuzzled the top of Belle's head. "Of course, little one." He looked to Mioyo. "It seems we're in need of a den." It would be strange, not being among the water and mud...but this place was beginning to feel like home. And...it was a place of safety. A place where he could protect Belle and others like her. A place where innocence COULD be kept.

Mioyo smiled warmly.
"Of course." She scooped Upenzi up by the ruff gently, leading Dovev for the dens, tail swaying to keep him on track, welcoming him. Welcoming him.... Home.
Upenzi beamed to Belle, even as they were lead away, merrily. Her sister! Even if she didn't know her family anymore either, she had her sister.
And to her, that was all that mattered.
