I agreeably concur that these two applications pass. I believe they would both make out to be good captains.

Guy's (and girls >.>), it's simple to why I made an application..
Even as a Crew member, friends to many of you, and old Captain in Coral Star Shinigami..
I must follow the rules as all others must.
If I was to automatically get a Captain's spot, that would be unfair.

It was just a bit awkward to read a person's application form when you keep on thinking to yourself 'Approved, approved, approved...' xd And the fact that you still followed standard protocol-- ooh militarish-- just makes it more obvious that you are indeed deserving. 3nodding

Sorry I wasn't able to respond to this right away. I was waiting for the others to give their input before placing my own. And I also didn't have time to read the last two applications before. Now, I shall begin.
On Animi:
First of all, I did NOT recommend him. I think he misunderstood my PM to him before and thought that I would. Based on how long he's been there for the guild, I'd say yes. But I noticed that his application was typed on MSWord first before he posted it, which shows that he is partly incapable of RP-ing properly on his own. I've read his RP before and it's not really like that. Half of the words are misspelled and he has grammar issues at times. And I believe that we discussed before that his application will be void due to the fact that his shikai abilities are godmod. [He still didn't change it until now, by the way.] I'll have to say no. Although even if I do, if a lot of the crew members say yes then that's that.
On Rukia:
Her sample has a few spelling mistakes and, like what Contra mentioned earlier, she didn't put spaces after the periods. If I were to base it on the sample alone, I'd give her an okay. But due to what happened to Coral Star before [This is something unknown to most of you here and I refuse to elaborate on the matter]. I mean, I know she already changed ever since that happened but I don't want this guild to fail again because of crew members like her. This is the second time the guild moved and we have to make this one a success. In short, another no.
On Veer:
I thought a member wasn't allowed to have two powerful characters in the RP? [As posted by Psioxy in one of the threads in the main forum.] Even if he uses two different accounts, one captain and one Cuchillo are two VERY strong characters in the RP. Since he was a former captain and also a skilled RP-er, I'll approve of his application. That is, if he gives up his Cuchillo position.

Ushinawareta tsubasa wo sageshite... I agree with Zique-tan on Veer.
It's just, Soutaichou is the leader of the Gotei, I just kinda think personal feelings of which side he wants to win can get in the way of things. >.> ...in search of lost wings.

Very true, Kitsu and Zique.
Mm.. I would really like to be my Cuchillo..
But I think I can survive without him.
The only problem this will cause is what's already been roleplayed.
Well then, my Cuchillo will have to leave, and not be seen
until a further time..
Where at, I will have him come back, but only for 1 fight.
Anyone disagree to that method?
If so, please state what you think would be the best method to deal with it. ^^

On Animi, really? He still hasn't changed his profile. This is getting to be quite the hassle. The fact that he typed it first in MS Word doesn't bother me that much, the only time I ever get hyped up about grammar or RPing skills is when they border on annoying, and Animi has yet to show that brand of RPing. But yes, the fact is he still has yet to change his profile, which forces me to change my vote to a null... if not then a no.
On Rukia, I can't comment on what Zique said as that said event isn't actually quite clear to me. I won't force Zique to give me a summary as it seems to be quite the incident. But, forgive me, I still think we should give her a chance as a temporary. This might be because I am ignorant to whatever happened back at Coral Star, but I believe people can change. So still a yes.
@Veer: I have no problem with that actually, provided that his appearance is after we've gathered all of the captains for Gotei 13.

Actually that's technically incorrect everyone. It was stated that one member cannot have to positions that would require a "Crew Status" And the Cuchillo does not require such a status (The only reason Veer is currently a crew member is because he helped me (Actually did all the work) In Las Noches) So actually Veer you can keep your Cuchillo title. Psioxy did not base it on high ranking Role play positions, he clearly indicated two high ranking positions that would normally require crew status.

Although being one of the Cuchillo wouldn't need a crew spot, I still think that having two very powerful RP characters would be quite unfair for the others. He's applying for the most powerful captain spot [though I don't think he stated it before, I'm referring to Kitsu's post] and he is now also already the most powerful Cuchillo. This is just my opinion though. If you guys think that it's alright to give him both of the spots and it wouldn't get in the way of how things go in the RP [also mentioned by Kitsu in her post earlier] then I guess it would be alright...
I'm not quite sure about Levits. He didn't really leave me with good memories as a leader before... although I think only me and [perhaps] Kyoka and Veer know of the stuff that happened it Bleach 98. It might affect the way I judge him now so I'd like to see what others think of him first.
Edit: I also don't like the fact that he uses hyphens instead of quotation marks when characters think/speak. *is a bit OC when it comes to these things*

That's a very hard promise.
What I do promise is, if at anytime, someone sees me being one-sided
and PM's that I have been edging towards one of the RPC's more
I will discharge my status of either
the Cuchillo, or the Soutaichou,
depending upon which character I have been more one-sided to.
If anything, I will leave my Cuchillo behind, and become the Soutaichou.
