((I'm going to make up stuff for why other members arn't there until we get more people))
Hikari giggled at the idea of the sea theme. "I would hate to see the outfit both daddies will give me," she said laughing again. She was still playing the piano as she looked at the clock again. "There others must of went on a field trip," she said with a sigh. "I hope it was the beach thought," she thought of the beach while she spoke. Her father had told her of an incident that had happened during his time in the club. Ever since then she had been scared of it.
"Well what are you doing this weekend," she asked when she finished the song. It had been just a warm up anyway. "I've don't have any weekend homework, and I don't feel like staying at home by myself all weekend," she had been alone every weekend for the past moth and she wanted to do something other then sing and play the piano.

"Hmm," he murmured as he opened his book again. "Those guys are alwas running off, forgetting they are part of a working club. You'd think they would at least call us so we don't worry." He sat in the couch his head bowed towards his book, but he didn't start reading it. He caught the last remaining notes of her music and thought about Hikari's question.
"I'm hiking up spider mountain. If you think you are up to the trek, then you are welcome to join me," he answered. He normally went hiking alone, taking only the equipment he would need to survive. Something in her sad tone made him give the offer, though he doubted she would want to. Most of the rich folks around here always shied away from outdoor sports, especially as extreme as mountain hiking. They were always so prim and didn't like getting dirty or tired. He didn't think Hikari was like most of those snobs, but he still didn't expect her to want to join in.

"You know I've never been hiking before." she said putting a finger to her chin thoughtfully. "My mom has always wanted to take me but she's just to busy." She looked back at the window like it would give her and answer. "I would like to go if you don't mind," she said with a smile. "I wouldn't want to be annoyance you," she said this with more of her sad princess voice she used to host with. She did more to be funny then anything else thought.
Hikari then went back to look out the window from where she sat. She couldn't wait to get home and go cloud watching. It was a perfect day for it to. "They really should have call or at least invited us. Unless it was to the beach then I wouldn't have went anyway." she said. Hikari then went back to the piano and would every once in a while sing out in a whisper.

"Then you are welcome to tag along, though I do suggest you prepare well for it. The mountain can be unpredictable and likes to pick on newbies," he teased lightly. He knew she would be nervous, if not now then later certainly, so he thought it best to warn her. Rule number one about hiking, never go unprepared.
"I'll e-mail you a list of things to pack," he decided a minute later. It would take too long to say it all now and he didn't want her to forget anything because of it. "We leave at dawn tomarrow, by helicopter. I hope you don't mind." Though not his favorite way to travel, it certainly was the fastest and he wanted to get an early start up the lower summit.

Hikari jumped up "YAY!!" she shouted jumping up and down in victory. She didn't care he just call her a newbie at something. "Ay Ay Captain," Hikari said sitting back down on the piano bench facing him. A smile was pull across her face as she lightly swung her legs.
Hikari turn around and played a more happy upbeat song to show her mood. She would also giggle now and then. "So I can also check off that I've rode in a helicopter on my list." she said after a few a minute or two. Her smile did the impossible and widen even more.

"List?" At hearing that Mikaro lifted his eyes and looked at the happily playing pianist.
"What do you mean?" He was truly confused and listening to her play made it hard to focus. Mikaro was a fool for a fluid player and her hands ran over the keys like she was making ripples on a waters surface. Light and quick.
(It's ok. I actually posted at the same time as listening to it, so I think me and Mikaro are equally distracted by your playing. ^'^ Good host skills, lol.)

((Yeah, the anime that song is from is called Soul Eater. I'm in love with it, gosh what anime do I not love.))
"The list of things I want to do before I die." Hikari said with a smile still playing the song. "Its gotten longer since I've made thought." Hikari played the last few notes and let them linger in the room. "I know its silly, but there are some things I just really want to do in life," she said turning around.
"So how did you like the song," Hikari asked with a smile.

"It was beautiful," he responded quietly before settling back in his seat. A to do list before she died? The idea never occured to him before. Now that he thought about it, there were things he wanted to do before then too.
Slowly a smile tugged at the corner of his mouth. "That sounds like a good idea," he murmured while placing his marker back in the book. Getting to his feet, he walked over to the side room where they kept their belongings and ruffled through his bag. After a momment he returned with a notebok and pen. He began to write quickly in shorthand, a form of writing that was quick and hard to read if you didn't know it.
He sat in silence for a while, the only sound coming from the pen that scraped along the paper as he filled page after page of his script.
((know, I love anime too. ^'^ I just bought the second Death Note movie.(Even though it is not an anime itself, it is based on one. Which is also pretty good from what I've seen of it.) I so totally love the actor for L!!! I think I'm going to marry an asian. lol))

Hikari smiled, and turned back around on the piano bench. She loved we other people thought highly of her music. She started playing another song her father taught her. She thought f the song was kinda cheesy, but none the less enjoyed it. A few lines in the song she sang a her favorite line. "Nothing can harm you. Not while I'm around..."
Hikari let the melody fade away after that. She felt some wet fall down her cheek, realizing a few tears had fallen she hastily wiped them away with her hand. Hikari raised her hands again after a minute to calm herself and continued.
((Lucky I have yet to see it. I did hear that at one point they where going to make one from Ryuk point of view. Also the song was Not While I'm Around both Sweeny Todd, and Babra Streisand versions.))

Mikaro stopped writing and looked at Hikari from the corner of his eyes. Silently he stood and went to her side, holding out a tissue for her tears.
"Hey," he said softly, unsure how to ask her what was wrong. Even though he was a host, Mikaro still found it increasingly difficult to talk to girls. He was helplessly shy in these matters, which some misinterpreted as apart of his silent but cool tendencies.

Hikari looked up at Mikaro, and smile. "Don't worry I'm okay honest." She didn't really know of that was true or not. "I just remembered something that's all, something I miss," she said turning her gaze back to the piano. She didn't know why her emotions just changed like that.
"I guess my own music moves me sometime," she said with a small laugh. She raised her arms again to start playing again. She hummed along with the melody showing she was okay.

Mikaro lowered his hand, unsure wether to believe Hikari or not. But in the end, he didn't know of any way to comfort her without knowing what bothered her to begin with so walked to the side of the piano. He tucked the kerchief back into his jacket pocket.
"So, are we going to open the doors for our guests today? The others ditched us, and we can't very well handle the whole horde alone," he sighed after a momment. When unsure how to proceed, it is always best to stick to business.

Hikari stopped playing, and mauled over the question. "Well I'm sure most of them went with the others. We can open them, but who knows if anyone is still here. I mean they might think we are with the others." Hikari said looking up.
"Then again it might have been a host only event. They should have dragged us along thought if so." Hikari sighed, "I think we could see if anyone was here first then decided from there. How does that sound." She smiled hoping that was a good idea. She didn't know if the two of them could handle to many guests. She took breaks to cook for said guest, since she wasn't to popular with the guys. Mostly her friends came to humor her.

"Very well," he murmurs with a nod. It was true, if it was a host exclusive event they would surely have been invited so he believed that the rest of their club had been diverted elsewhere. At most he was expecting a small crowd, he wasn't the most popular of the hosts, but he still brought in enough to keep up with their goal numbers.
"Shall I do the honors of peeking outside, or would you like to have the privelage?" he asked with a small smile. Standing beside the piano, he turns stormy grey eyes towards Hikari. He knew she might still be upset, so put the offer out in the event that she wanted to retreat to clear her head. It was never a good idea to try hosting when you can't commit to the act whole-heartedly.
(I'm giving you the choice cause I don't know if you want to have guests or not. BTW are we going to be expecting any new players to step on the stage soon? If not, I can always make another character to get things moving a little more. Just uh wondering.)

((Not that I know of.Feel free to open another character I might have another on soon myself. I might even bring in other anime/video game characters in for the hell of it))
Hikari smiled standing up from the piano bench. She danced over to the door, and slightly opened it. It was so empty she thought she saw a tumble weed go by. "....Wow," she mutter closing the door and walking back to the piano. "Well looks like we have an off day," she said sitting back down.
Hikari began playing a rather upbeat song on the piano. "I'd do anything to hold you in my arms," she sang in her sweet voice. She loved playing rock songs on the piano. Then again she loved most things that turned heads. She giggled at the thought and kept playing. "So what do you want to do," she asked looking up.
