Alunn used the remains of his power to attch to the army, and began to weave a song of fear under the Oath of Spirits. He merged the two songs effortlessly, creating a song of Fear, Panic, and Delusion. "Let this scar them from this place" he said to himself.

Miluiel nodded and lay her tail over Shera's small body. "Okay, that sounds like a good plan. Perhaps we would be able to go out and do it together. It's been a while since we've been able to do anything with just us. It would be nice to get out and enjoy nature as it's coming back to life. Miluiel looked around at her daughter. "She really is beautiful." The mother said in a loving tone. She loved Shinn dearly and with all her heart, he was her son. But Shera was hers, she came from her body, and was the symbol of hers and Azrael's love. Her beautiful daughter.

"She most certainly is." Azrael said in reply. "So beautiful... She got it from you, my love." He told Miluel sweetly, giving her a lick on the cheek. "But, yes. It has been awhile. A little outing with just us will clear our heads. It requires a lot of energy, yes. But being a parent is something that I treasure greatly. And I am even happier to be the father of such a beautiful and sweet child." He told his wife.
The added fear to the spell bought the campsite to the breaking point. Soldiers haphazardly tore down tents and let down the crude defensive barricades, being chased off by the supposed monsters. From the other side of the valley, the other army saw the massed soldiery of their rivals retreating in such a manner that they themselves began to fall back from their own fortifications away from the valley. Though that may have been a good thing for them, as their force had been much smaller.
Logain felt the masses of anxious soldiers withdraw, and he breathed a sigh of relief. He followed to the center of the large amount of magic energy. He passed through a bush slowly and smiled at the individual who he saw there. "Well... isn't this a surprise." He said to Loki cheerfully, though a bit tired, as he had had very little rest. "It has been quite awhile, hasn't it?"

"L-Logain!? Jeez it HAS been a while hasn't it, last time i saw you was what, four years ago?" Alunn sat down, he had expended much magic. "What were you doing here?"

Miluiel's gentle eyes looked around at Azrael. She returned his lick on the cheek and nuzzled him affectionately. "But things about her definitely come from you dearest. Her spiriit for one." Miluiel smiled as best as a wolf could. "They do require a lot of energy, but I regret nothing about it. More than anything Azrael, I am happy to carry a child that also belongs to you." She swished her tail around and brushed it over his back.

Logain chuckled and found a rock to sit on for himself. "Something like that." He said. "But I am here for, I assume, a similar reason to you. If what I assume from your display, was correct. I came to break up the fight and warn any bystanders about what happened of the situation." He explained to Alunn. "I've been trying to mediate all of these conflicts. I'm not sure how the ones who are instigating this war are getting so many armies. I don't even know who is instigating it. They can hide themselves beyond what my sources can get to." He rested the back of his head against a tree and shut his eyes. "I've had very little rest lately." He sighed.
"Thank you, my beloved." Azrael said in reply. His own tail crossed over Miluiel's with a swish. "Today will be a good day, I think." He said pleasantly.
As he spoke, Shinn began to stir from his sleep. There was a small groan as he rolled over again.

Miluiel giggled softly as best as a wolf could. "I agree." She said, "It's already begun wonderfully. I can't wait to see what else will be happening today. Only good things can be happening around the corner." She streatched her neck just far enough to see Shinn on the other side of Azrael. "Is he waking up?" She asked softly. Miluiel looked back at Shera. She still looked very asleep.

"I guess I wasn't to subtle with my power was I" Alunn replied. "As to the instigators, I have no more idea than you." Alunn stood up. "I'm going to go see if those bystanders you mentioned are willing to help a poor bard out.

Logain rose and nodded. "I believe that we could both use that help. This is their territory, so it would be proper if I informed them of what almost occurred." He smiled and gestured to Alunn. "I sense them over this way. I can't tell what they are from this distance, though. So we'll need to be cautious."
Azrael smiled and nodded. "Yes I think he is." He told Miluiel. "Just let Shera sleep, I'll send Shinn out, in case he gets in one of his rambunctious moods." He said to his wife.
Shinn yawned and stretched hind legs and then proceeded to stretch his arms. He then sat up and scratched his left ear. "Morning..." He said tiredly.

"No wonder you could tell it was me four years ago, i can't sense a thing, I guess I'll just follow you" Alunn said. "I have enough power and it is early enough if they are hostile I should be able to put hem to sleep."

"Good morning dearest." Miluiel said smiling at her son. "Did you sleep well Shinn?" She asked. She could see him better now that he was up and moving a bit. She stayed where she lay, afraid to disturb Shera and wake up the young one. A woken up pup was often a grumpy one. She nodded at Azrael in agreement.

Shinn stretched his neck and nodded. "Uh huh." He said softly. "Is there anything to eat?" He asked.
"We're going hunting later." He told his son quietly. "If you are that hungry now, then go eat some berries. Or if your lucky Mazzia might have left some jerky last night." He made a look to remind Shinn to talk quietly, or find something to do.
Shinn nodded. "I'm gonna go out. See you later" He whispered to his mother and father before bowing his head and strolling out through the flap that led to the central room, his tail swishing slowly as he walked out.
Logain smiled as he led Alunn through the forest. "Only if such is necessary. I didn't know that anyone lived out here until I heard some rumors from a village on the other side of the mountains here. They only spoke of monsters, but I strongly suspect otherwise. It was too much like that town we first met in. The citizens were paranoid of many things." He informed Alunn.

"You forget, I am one who has been called a "Monster", I know quite well what prejudice and such feel like and how they work." Alunn replied. "Though my venom itself is quite special, even among vampires"

Miluiel chuckled gently. That was Shinn alright. First question of the day being about food. But he was a growing pup, so it was understandable. "Thank you Azrael." She said after his warning to keep quiet. Shera was moving slightly by her side. She watched her daughter until she fell still again. Miluiel sighed, "Still asleep."
Miluiel watched Shinn leaving the den. "See you in a bit dear." She said with a smile. Miluiel looked at Azrael, "What are your plans?" She asked, "Would you like me to wait with Shera and you may begin the day, or should we laze about and wait for a while. She may be waking soon, but I'm not sure just yet."

Azrael smiled at the corners of his snout and nuzzled his wife. "He's old enough to hunt small prey without needing guidance. If he is hungry enough, he can get a rabbit or a pheasant for himself." He said softly. "But lets take this morning slow. I am sure that the chores of the day can wait for a bit." Azrael said to Miluiel.
Logain smiled. "I did forget yes. I am aware that people fear what they do not understand, or cannot control. But that does not mean I have to like it. It also doesn't mean I cannot try to change it." He said with a chuckle and a cheerful gleam in his draconic eyes.
