Regulus Black. Been runnin' about for years under inactive warrants... That Granger had put outta tha way...
Then she gave us a shout this mornin' sayin' she wanted it placed back up so she could get him some 'help'. *Snorts, shaking his head.*
Thought I'd just hand him right over. After all she already done.. Pah! Rather roll in my bloody grave.

*Shifts his hand to rub the back of his neck, still watching Reg's slouched form* Problem is, Mad-Eye, Granger has the paperwork in processing to take custody of him on behalf of her program. So technically she's got the right to yank him from you. She could press charges if she feels you've further damaged his, uh, 'delicate mental state.'
*Releases a sigh* I can get you 30 minutes more, maybe, but word on the grape vine says you want to give him some truth serum. You know that's against the law without due cause, and I had a look at his files on the way up; he's not denying any of his crimes, technically. So whatever you're asking of him isn't about his crimes and you'll never get legal cause to use the stuff on him.
