on one of my many characters, i accidentally got kicked out of the dark brotherhood and they sent that ghost of sithis after me. at that time i was very low lvl. and had only a silver dagger. in order to kill it i had to run around the IC market district until it stopped following me but i could never go back because if i got near it it would attack me so i had to run away and come back over and over to kill it. i spent an hour trying, and just gave up and left it. until finally i came back and tried again.
