Upon seeing Arthur enter she took the oprotunity to break away from Cali and her crazieness. "Hey Arthur, no not much really." Alexis knew what he always had wehn he got to the store, so she went to the coffee brewer to get it started. "Just some stuff that every one is getting worked up over."
"Alexis is going to have to shut down, and Aiden came up with an idea for a bennfit concert." Cali took a seat closer to the cop. "Of course Alexis is being a pain about it." Taking up her soda Cali took a sip looking directly at Alexis, daring her to try and say any of it was false.

At first Haldis didn't really care or even bother to notice the young women Akira seemed not to want there. But when she heard he acuse Haldis of being his girlfriend she looked up from the papers and glared. Watching her in her attmepts to concoure the visitor sticker she began to think the women a idiot.
Not teking her eyes off the women she leanded into and down to Akira "So this girl the one you mentioned earler?" she ashed her voice hushed.

"Is Aiden still fully clothed?" He turned around to make sure before he got an answer and turned back to Alexis, leaning forward on his elbows, "what's the problem then?" He turned when the other woman spoke to look at her and quickly turned back to Alexis, "I think it sounds like a great idea, that s**t brings in -pardon the French- so much money every year it's ridiculous.

"What woman I mentioned earlier?" Akira's memory was short when it came to things he could care less for. He caught Maddie still having trouble out of the corner of his eye- along with her watchers- and called over, "Mad, give it a rest, it's just a sticker!"
Madeline sighed and gave up, allowing the sticker to curl up in the corners, "Ah poo." She turned to face Akira and his friend, "she's cute Akira, you should date her!" Then, because she was who she was, she remembered her manners, unfortunately.
"Oh right! I didn't even introduce myself, well, I have a name tag - but you don't!" She took a pause to giggle and stuck out her hand for the girl to shake, "I'm Madeline-"
No! Akira shouted in his head.
"-I'm dating Akira's daddy!" She finsihed like she started, with a smile. Unbeknownst to her of course how humiliating this was for the seventeen-year-old boy. And how jealous it made some classmates.

Alexis shrugged and poured Arthur his coffee. "here you go copper." she smiled and rested agenst the counter "I don't know, guess I'm just worried I'll end up owing money, wich I don have."
Cali sighed "See Alexis, even the Arthur is saying it's gonna work, you shouldn't have any fears."

Haldis smiled back and shook her hand. "Hi I'm Haldis, and no we are not dating, just class mates." thought her words sounded rather tough she still had her friendsly smile on.

JESSI'S POST "I wouldn't worry about it." Arthur laughed, "Aiden's a bit strange, but he's a good boy, sticks to his word, and if he wants to help, he's not going to take no for an answer." He glanced around to where Aiden was loudly holding hs conversation, "Not from you anyway."
Aiden took a seat at the counter, breathing heavily for no obvious reaon and slapped his father on the back, "Hey old man, Permit?"
"No I'm not going to let you park in- Oh, did you mean for their little event? Sure, no problem." Arthur took quite a big sip of his coffee and rolled his eyes, "But I need your word you'll stay fully clothed the entire event. Don't make me warn the girls with examples from your college days."
"I was nuttier in High School." Aiden shrugged like it was nothing and leaned on the counter, smiling at the girls, "These ladies would love to see me naked by the way."
I'm not afraid of your mother. I'll arrest you if you even think about it."

Madeline smiled, "Aw, are you the girl that Akira's always talking about?"
Akira shot her a glare, "I don't always talk about a girl! That's Aiden!"
Madeline furrowed her brow and looked rather puzzled, "What about that girl your always talking about?" Madeline stopped herself, "Oh right, I don't want to embarrass you!"
Akira rolled his eyes and hit his head to his desk muttering, "Too late."sam's post Cali laughed "Oh yes take it off!" Reaching for the bottom of her own shirt she pretended to flash every one. "I want my beads thou."
Alexis rolled her eyes and pushed Cali away from her lightly. "God you embarrass me just be standing here."
"Oh come on show off your tatas!" Cali reached over and lifted her friend's shirt, but stopped only showing her stomach and the very bottom of her red and black lace bra.
A small squeal jumped out of her before she swatted the offending hands away "Oh your so gonna die!" Alexis climbed over the counter and dashed off after the running Cali. It was sheer luck the girl made it out the door before she was caught.
"Gotta be off guys, I got work!" she called as she booked it out the door and down the street..
Alexis came back to stand behind her counter. Feeling like she needed more clothing she picked up her apron from the hook behind the counter and put it on. "I think I need to kill her, Oh sorry copper, you didn't here a thing." Never in a million years would she really hurt Cali, but better to just rant. "As for you Aiden, if you start any naked dancing, I'll personally get you." she wagged her finger at him, like you would a child.

Haldis quarked and eyebrow, then smiled. "Oh so you talk about girls alot?" she asked leaning down to the desk to try and look at his face. "What girl?" jESSI'S POST "Ladies love naked Aiden," Aiden said with a nod, turning to his father.
Arthur scoffed, "Please, you couldn't get women to swarm you even when you were a baby."
"They totally loved me!" Aiden cried, "More than Akira."
"Akira was a cute baby," Arthur took a swig of his coffee, "I dunno what happened to the lad."
"Puberty!" Aiden shouted. He leaned over the counter to the girl working and winked, "Don't worry, if I strip for the ladies, I'm getting paid. Getting paid or getting laid."
"That's like paying for cheap champagne, then finding out, not only does it taste bad, it's flat."
Aiden spit out the water he had taken a sip of, "What the ********, dad?!"
Arthur though, was laughing too hard at his own joke and his son's reaction, "It's alright, if they know you, that means you can tell 'em where to get the good stuff."
"I'd like it if you would, as mom has been wishing forever, just die." Aiden grumbled and took another sip of his water.
Arthur's laugh died down and he slapped his son on the back, "Stop whining, loser."

Alexis was laughing at Arthur's joke as well. "Oh god Aiden you just got powned by your dad!" she laughed till she felt tears starting to form in the corners of her eyes, only then did she star to calm down.
"I'm sorry Aiden, but that was funny, come on, if it's not true then don't worry bout it, I mean he is older then you. Sorry Arthur, he probably needs meds to keep his up at this point." She giggled at her own joke. If they were gonna start cracking on one another, she wanted to join in.
Seeing the water splattered on her counter sent her into work mode and she began whipping it up.

Halids laughed "I wasn't asking if it was me," she sat up and held her head up high "I was just wondering who, I mean I could be friends with her." Again she leaned down to try and see his face "Come on, I'm just messing with you, amp down."
JESSI'S POST "Best part is they flavor Viagra now," Arthur finished off the last sip of his coffee. As if he would be angered by some kid's joke. How many cop and old jokes he was getting nowadays? Not worth it. If you can't beat 'em. . .
"Like I don't get all of those jokes from all my bitches on the side."
Aiden even laughed at that one, "Bitches on the side dad?"
"Yeah, I just Madeline that they were my daughters."
"Bet she believed it, right dad?" Aiden laughed, "I dunno why you're- I mean, I know why you're with her, but I don't really know how you can be serious."
Arthur sighed, "Tell me about it." He tossed out the empty coffee cup and returned to the conversation, "Crazy woman keeps talking about getting serious, like getting married and the like. Know what happens when I get married? Aidens and Akiras happen. Then psycho ex-wives happen."
"Then you get grays!"
"Blonde hair is a godsend."

Akira scoffed, "Like you have friends."SAM'S POST Alexis laughed. "Well, coming from a girl like myself, if I wanted to get serious it would mean something to me, but being as I have met your girlfriend and have had a conversation with her, well" Alexis smiled "I'm not sure she really understands what serious means." Alexis took the coffee cup and walked off and into the back, where she washed all her dishes then put them in the dish washer.
She returned a few moments later. "Lets be honest she isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, she is more like the kids tools that the dad keeps in his shed so him and the kid can "work" together, when really it's just the easy way to baby sit and still be able to work."
Just needing to some thing with her hands she wiped down the counter. "Oh hey Aidan, what time did you say that friend of yours is coming her to have dinner with you? I kinda, well I was, I had some thing I wanted to do in a little bit, but I need to be back here for you, unless you, um, you were gonna stay here till then." What she didn't say that she was trying out for the towns ballet of The Princess and the Nutcracker. She had planed to go after she closed down for the day, but if she didn't go today, she would have to go tomorrow before she opened the store.
She never talked about her dancing, she always felt like some one was gonna be shocked, or laugh thinking how funny she would look in a tutu. The only reason she wasn't worried about the play, was because even if she did get the part, none of her friends were likely to go see it.
Thinking what she said may have sounded rude she continued "If you want to stay here, it would be no biggie, I can always do it another day, you know, it was kinda a last minute thing any ways." She rubbed the back of her head ruffling her own hair, more she thought about it, why should she bother? She wasn't likely to get the part.

Halids sat up again, "Well your the on who always sits off by himself, unlike you, I can go sit with the others and have a conversation." Haldis folded her arms over her chest. "I have friends Mr. Anti-social." Jessi's POST "No problem!" Aiden smiled, "I can come back later. Give me a time and I'll boss the b***h around. She's do anything to get me in bed anyway." He rolled his eyes, "but really, you name it, sweet."

Madeline seemed shocked, a little too shocked, "Akira you sit alone? That's not good you might turn out to be one of those crazy kids who shoots up the school! Make some friends! You want my help? Hey everybody-!"
Akira pulled her down, "Shut the ******** up, Mad!"
"Language." Madeline stood back up, "I've gotta get going anyhow. But your school's almost out, right? I can drive you home!"
"Just go away. I'll take the bus."SAM'S POST Alexis had to smile at his self confidence. "Well," she had to pause to go once again into the back room, and check the paper flier she had gotten. It said that each try out would only be aloud to run for one hour. So if she went soon and there weren't a lot of people. It would only be a couple of hours.
Walking back out to her customers Alexis couldn't come up with a exact time. "Well I'd only be gone a couple of hours, if ya want we can exchange numbers, and I can text you when I get done and let you know when I'm heading back here." She was already pulling out her phone "I really don't know how long this is gonna take for sure. I wouldn't want to make you guys wait on me by giving you a time, then my luck, it taking longer then I thought."

"Oh yeah, why don't you let her drive you home?" Haldis knew she was baiting a snake. Akira being the snake of course. "I bet all the other guys would end up envious of you."

Aiden gave a smug look to his dad, flashing his inherited, crooked smile back at Arthur, "See that? This one wants my number too, and she's smarter than flypaper."
"That's mean." Arthur moaned, "Madeline is dumber than the flies on the paper, not the paper."
Aiden sighed, "I don't know what happens to you when you hit forty, but I'm afraid of it."

Alexis rolled her eyes. "Oh yes, I want your number so I can call you all the time, and when I get bored, call from a unknown number and ask for phone sex," She flipped open her phone "Because I just have all the time in the world for that stuff." Pulling up her own number she wrote it down on a spare napkin and passed it to Aiden. "Ok let me get your number now."
