She laughed and nodded her head. The cubs certainly seemed to fit in with the pride well and had the passion for stories that she admired about them. "well then, Im sure they will do your pride proud as the next generation unfolds." she said. She was sure of that.

"The next generation of storytellers, already adapt at weaving their own tales. I think that you have a fair chance at some wonderful stories to come."

"I am looking forward to it. It has been a rough time for my pride and young life coming to us and being so eager to continue our traditions is heartwarming."

There were so few of them left that any cubs born were a blessing. He was still thankful to Mamba for allowing three of her children to remain with him so that his pride would have the joy of youngsters too

Any young ones would be a blessing to the pride...well then they sounded as if they where a precious comodity. She nodded her head a little and felt a pain for the pride. She hadnt realised how few of them there really where, times must be tough for them but he took the time to tell a story to her. "Thats great, I hope they continue to be bright stars in your pride. After all one day they will be the elders telling the stories."

He nodded. "Coming here has brought us many good things and i forsee that they will continue happening. Our outlook is starting to look up and i intend to make sure that things continue to stay that way."

He could do no less for the pride that he had always considered home.

She smiled at him and noded, standing and stretching out a bit. "Hmm, well I can only forsee good things to come for you and your people. I do hope that does come to be. We need more storytellers in the world." she said with a grin. "Otherwise, how will we pass down the important lessons we have to learn?"

"we would have to hope our future generations believed that it was important to." He chuckled. "And children often don't think the silly things their parents do are important." He had heard plenty of stories of traditions fading from prides because younger generations didn't believe they were important.

"Ah that is true, the young often like to make rules on what they thinks is important and what isnt. One can only hope that you can instill value in your youth before its too late. Some of corse will not listen, but for the few that do you have hope. After all, look at youself." she smiled at him. She had certainty she could be watching this pride flourish for awhile.

"They are both being taught well." He nodded. "And they seem to value the right things already so we i hope that there are no issues" Everyone in the pride seemed to have been able to instill the values into their children.

Yepa nodded and smiled. "Good" she said before she stretched and stood up once more. It had been an enjoyable visit but she had other duties to attend to at home. She flicked her tail as she looked at him. "Thank you very much for the story, and over all a very agreeable talk. Until another time." she said and turned to leave. She knew at some point she would stop by again but her time here as a mortal was swiftly drawing to a close. Her plan had let her learn much and soon she was going to show them all who she really was. Then further gage their reactions.

"Until next time." he smiled as he watched her. He always enjoyed the lionesses company and he hoped that she would indeed visit again. It wasn't often he met others like her so willing to listen to stories after cubhood.
