Calming down was the not command they wanted to be giving her right now. Syrelia was up on her feet in a flash, one hand waving in the air and a rock cracking in half behind her somewhere. Misplaced wave, oops.
"No, I'm not seeing anyone, but you think you could have, you know, asked before using me for whatever it is you're doing? Using me as an experiment! And my boys!" She ran a hand through her bright orange hair, it contrasting with her dark skin, as she tried to regain control of herself. "I can deal with children. I love kids and I understand some of the magics, that's not a problem, but not even asking..."

"I apologize for our rudeness." Aaron said, with a flinch as the rock cracked. He'd never even met an angry mother before. He'd heard of them.. "If asking would have made it easier.. I will make sure we ask the next person who recieves a letter." He paused. "Though.. we did tell you." He said, almost defensively. "We sent Jaella with a letter. You read it, did you not? You wouldn't be here if you hadn't."
"We weren't intending to use you for anything." Aaron continued. "Nor your children." He paused in thought. "For now, they will be normal infants. Normal. With talents. Have no fear, Ms. Ind. We wouldn't be here if we planned on harming any child."

"Of course you wouldn't be here because I would see to it myself that you wouldn't be," Syrelia snorted, hugging her stomach. It was a mostly empty threat; she didn't think she could hurt either of them, not really. "Is there anything I should be expecting when they're born, because of these abilities?"

"No, nothing that I can think of." Aaron said, grateful that the woman was starting to calm down. "Our previous births--they seemed to go without trouble. We won't know what your children's abilities are until they are born." He explained. "Understand--we normally do not meet people until they are much further along. You are our exception. We have intended to make this easier for you."
He paused again, Darcy wasn't saying anything. "Do you have any questions?"

The look on Syrelia's face now was one of exhaustion. The children would be okay and she would have to trust these two that that would be the truth, the absolute truth. "I assume you'll be wanting to keep tabs on them?" It seemed only logical, that they would want to.

"They are, like siblings to us." Aaron said. "It would be nice if we could see them once in a while. If you do not want us to, it is perfectly understandable. I know we've upset you tonight. I apologize sincerely." The boy did look genuinely concerned, he really hadn't wanted to upset the poor woman. He was however, surprised when Darcy didn't say anything.
"We would like to see them once in a while, yes." Darcy said finally. "To see how they're doing, growing--" It was late by even their standerds.

"Yes. Fine. You may," but there was a warning note in that voice, Syrelia hinting that if they tried anything... The witch looked the two over; it seemed as if they were getting tired and it was indeed late. It took everything she could to keep the sneering out, but it came out cold anyway, "Seems past your bedtime. I'd better so I don't keep you kiddies up any later."
