Yamato1 I'm an '82 dude. On fateful Saturday morning....And I've been hooked ever since. My father would bring me home transformers if I'd been good. Sadly... as Mylian would attest, at the time, I only saw them as mere toys. It wasn't until Beast Wars that I wizened up. Now, I focus on the Classics line. And I hope to god that Hasbro starts it up again after RoTF dies down. Love the art by the way =D Sorry for the double post but have to say yay to art lol.

DevilsLight Scarring episodes for me was Optimus rolling down the side of the mountain and Rachet going "can you still transform?" The other one is Optimus's severed head and his body changed into a giant alligator... So scary but proves that Optimus is invincible and Megatron is a douche since he could have terminated Optimus at that time and be done with it. i think it was his lag that was alligator i have that one on dvd

Hm... It seems I am of an minority. sweatdrop I was born in the 90's, and, as thus, missed a lot of the excitement over it. I watched a few episodes, but nothing big, and I didn't remember it until one of the fanfiction authors I was following wrote a drabble set in the 2k7 verse. I looked it up, saw the movie, and fell in love.

I was born in '90. So it wasn't all that popular around my time, or it was fading and making way for things like Power Rangers. :C My brother, however, he was born in '80. He introduced it to me, watching all of his old VHS with him, checking out all the old action figs he had, things like that. My brother's at fault for any 80s cartoon I may like today! (except for Inspector Gadget. Which I had NO idea even was an 80s cartoon til later on.)
That, and...I've always liked robots. Cars were always robots to me. but when you show me robots that turn into cars?! HOHOHO, SLAG. IT. IS. ON.
Anyway, that's my tale. :]

I was born in 78. Man I'm old! gonk But growing up duing the 80's was an awsome time. I got hooked on the cartoon, comics, and the toys when I was young. I still have my very first Transformer, Jetfire. As I grew older, I gave away my toys to my little cousins. When I was about 14, I walked into my local comic book shop and saw they had original G1 Transformers for sale. I've been seriously collecting ever since.

It was the '07 movie that got me hooked. Now that I looked back on it, it wasn't that great of a movie but it got me curious, which lead me to the Geewun, BW, Animated.... Good stuff. I was a product of the early 90's, so I didn't get any exposure to it until the '07 movie came out. I'm a newbie compared to most of you guys. ;~;

That is what I would say, PowerPoint abused. Honestly do you really need over 100 transition scenes in a clip of 7 minutes @_@

The "G2 Cartoon" is just a gimmick edited into G1 episodes. It was crap.
