Chev nodded," Ok Selena, which way do you wanna go?"
he liked mushrooms but never tried golden ones, were they good?
" Like never had golden mushrooms, are they sweet and bitter?"

Selena began to head into the thicker, deeper part of the forest. She had found a pile of stumps that seemed to the mushrooms' liking since they scattered the bark so much that its color seemed gold.
"They are deep in the forest mostly, they don't like the sun," just like me, "And they have a creamy...rich taste. Ill show you."
She smiled at him and with that, she began a gallop.

Chev nodded
sounded like he might have to dig, at least thanks to his spots dirt won't show up much.
He quickly galloped faster after her hoping the footing was good.

Selena and Chev galloped for a solid fifteen minutes, curving around trees and jumping rocks that came into view suddenly from their grass hiding. Soon enough, they reached the place Selena had discovered. And sure enough, every stump and fallen over tree was decorated in gold.
"Behold!"

Chev gazed upon the spot she showed him.
"wow! they sure light up the place!"

"I do believe that they do glow slightly, Im not completely sure, Ive never come here at night because I can never find my way, its such a small area." She said bluntly with a small laugh.
She walked over to the nearest, most overgrown stump, and began to feast. She loved these mushrooms beyond all other food, but she always had to control herself not to eat too many, otherwise they would not grow back.

Chev smiled, and starting to dig near a stump.
Until he found water, at which point he smiled.
"mushrooms grow in humid places and water is a must for that." grinning at his knowledge.
he then went and sampled a golden shroom and ate," wow pretty good, it almost melts!"

Selena smiled, she knew that, but she didn't want to ruin his fun.
"Yes, but they are even better with some melting cheese and spices." Her two legger had prepared the meal for her once.

She laughed. He was so silly with his responses. Just like a foal.
"If it is molding, yes, but when melted in is like fresh milk, but thicker. And the spices give it a delicious aroma." Her mouth began to water.

"Goat's milk," she said with a nod, "I myself prefer rosemary." She said with a laugh. "Im not sure what was used in the actual meal though."

Selena blinked at Chev. She had no idea how to respond to the compliment, or was it an insult?
So instead she began to munch on the mushrooms once more, to satisfy her mouth watering.

Chev inwardly giggled liking his cute pet name for her...
thinking 'dammit, I think I am starting to like her...' not knowing he muttered it out loud in a soft voice.
