Kweupe laughed and did her best to shield her face from his watery assault, using the other paw to push water in his direction.
"Eeeeew!" she cried out playfully before ducking beneath the water to swim past him, nipping his tail gently as she did so.
She resurfaced behind him, putting her paws on his head and pushing downwards.

Feeling himself sink, Mauja's eyes bubbled like fish's, and he quickly puffed out his cheeks, trying to hold his breath.
Once submerged, Mauja swam around, locating Kweupe's stomach. Once directly underneath her, he rushed upwards, pushing her up out of the water on top of his head.

"Eek!" Kweupe shrieked when he pushed her up and she fell over into the water onto her side with a small smack of the water. She swam back up and over to a shallow part where she draped her upper half over a rock, dripping wet and laughing hysterically.
"Oh, gods, that was so much fun!" she laughed, her eyes closed in mirth. Dang, was Mauja a great male. She definitely needed to stick by him for a while.

"Well, I was here, silly, so of course it'd be fun." Mauja smirked and paddled his way over towards the edge where Kweupe was, shaking the water from his coat as soon as he could stand.
"So love, what'll it be now?" Mauja looked up towards the sky. This part seemed like deja vu; whenever he met someone, they usually left him soon after, due to his strange ways.

"Well, I think I'm getting hungry, so how about I go find us something to eat, hmm? If you stay around here, I'll know where to bring it. Won't be long, promise," Kweupe replied, standing and climbing out of the water. She shook the water from her fur and returned her attention to him with a small smile.
"How about it?"

Drifting up close to Kweupe, Mauja faced her head on. He paused, then trotted over to the rock she had been sprawled out upon, curling up on top of it.
"Well, go on then. You don't want to keep the wold waiting." he smiled and winked at her as a departing gift.

Kweupe smiled before she turned and headed off. She had no idea what she was to find on this in particular hunt...
