Nyeupe grunted, indignant. "Princesses are loyal to their family! Mito is our daddy- mommy said so! Mommies don't lie to their children, so it has to be true! I want it to be true. This daddy has a diamond on his shoulder just like I do. that's proof of his royalty!" She grinned at her father, who seemed a little confused as to whether or not her princess things was some kind of game.
"I like this daddy more too," she agreed with her strange sister, "that other lion doesn't even talk to me, either. I don't like him at all. He's no king!" She didn't laugh at the green girl's comment, worried about the same thing. Well, not really. Who wouldn't like someone like her? Still... she wanted to know the answer.
"Now now," Mito chuckled, "don't be like that. You're all allowed to have your own opinions, but you don't have to be grumpy about it." Looking back at Kit the best he could, he nodded. "Of course I like you! Very much. I like all of you."
his eyes returned to the two less friendly cubs. "You don't have to think of me as your father, it's alright. I know it must be strange to see someone you've never met like this. But can we at least be friends? I would like that too."
He was alone with kids. Two of which didn't like him and two others that seemed very eager to like him right away. What did you do with that?

Lila growled at her sister, their words were crueler than her own and she thought them not to be true. "That's not true," she growled," you don't talk to him. He loves us all very much. He told me so himself. And he watches us and helps mama hunt for us and is busy being a healer in Simba."
Lila turned away unhappy that her sister's liked Mito better, she was feeling very outside the loop which was not a common thing for her as she was usually very friendly and well like. She sighed and looked to Tenji leaning on him slightly.
After hearing Mito's words, she thought maybe he wasn't so bad and her sisters were her friends, save almost getting And drowned they were good together right?
Lila mumbled and apology to to Mito and at this point was close to tears, she didnt want him to be her papa but he could be her friend, "I can be friends, I like friends," she said weakly approaching Mito and sitting in front of him, brown eyes looking up at him with rather bleak expression.

Tendaji watched the exchange between his sisters in bemusement, he had never been stuck between two people when they were arguing. While to most people the sisters were not arguing but to Ten they were so he stayed quiet and out of it, but when it looked like Lila was about to cry he gave her a quick nuzzle, after all it was his sister.
Mito didn't seem like such a bad adult and while Ten did not know if he could accept him as his 'papa' he was willing to accept him as a friend, after all he accepted Achal as his uncle. "Friends would be cool." He said as he came closer. "So how did you and momma meet?"

And nodded. She supposed she shouldn't be mad at her sister. She didn't want to be, anyway, since she was already guilty enough about the whole 'almost drowning' thing. She didn't really need more to regret in Lila's company. She clung to Mito languidly, not really knowing why she was all splayed out, but liking it. Something about family made her do it.
Purring, a strange noise for her, she listened to the rest of the conversation. Friends were fine, she supposed. It was strange for a family to have too many father's in it, but she wasn't in a position to judge what was normal. She knew she wasn't a normal daughter, after all.
So maybe this was okay?
"Yeah, I want to know that, too," she mumbled into Mito's fur after Tendaji spoke.
