She listened to him as he spoke, apparently he had told her that in hopes of scaring her or getting her to run away. Pfft he wished. She wasn't gonna give up this chance of having some adventure besides he had her gill and she wanted it back, or course she could ask for it now but she'd ask when this was all over with.

Though it didn't show much she could tell he was a bit irritated about her staying which was good, payback for what he had put her through. Shrugging she answered him. "Yeah I realize that perfectly well but I'm not gonna miss this no matter what you say. " She may not be strong enough to deal with some of the monsters but she could hold them back for a while until he was finished.

Giglamesh would turn seeing as the other three were also hit, there goals was not to hit all of them but injure them just enough to get the point threw....and kill a few of them. giglamesh would the pop the revolving chamber out of the peacemaker he had took from red hands clay. He would take his own pinch clip from the interior of his coat and reload his hand gun. "So....i meet the so called...infamous red hand clay." Giglamesh would begin to walk over. The guard that was shot in the thy would try to lunge at gig, only to get the barrel of the gun down his throat before firing one off in his throat. Before his body would fall to the floor he would remove the gun and keep walking towards clay.

Clay had fallen back and was scooting away, that huge man and girl, that were fighting, they took out all his gang like they were nothing, and he would begin to fear he was next. ....."your him aint cha!?" He would point his shaking hand toward giglamesh. "Your that devil! your the Grimm Reaper!" He didnt mean the literal grim reaper.

Giglamesh would stand over clay as he cowered, a very intimidating look in his eye. "...So that makes this easier....you know me by name." Giglamesh would reach down grab him by the collar of his shirt and pick him up against the wall pinning him to it with his forearm, and holding a knife to his throat pointing the hand gun up in the air in right hand. "..So what makes you think...i would come after somebody as low on the food chain as you hunh? What would make me come to you for the trouble to make you repent for your sinfull ways?" Giglamesh had his back turned to several of the his gangs members that might still be able to fight, but he knew he was covered.

Ceh finally let out a sigh. He was defeated and didn't feel like arguing over it anymore. Another scream let them know that the monsters were getting closer. Turning the corner, Ceh grinned a little.

They had stumbled upon the portal area and just needed to get through.

River heard running footsteps pounding the halls. She knew Giglamesh heard that as well, but she also knew he was counting on her to handle things. She peeked around the corner and was confronted with gunfire, causing her to retreat back to the door frame. "Bad idea..." she muttered catching her breath. She then gave an impish grin as she took a tiny circular device from one of her many pouches. Something I cooked up last night. She thought as she twisted the fuse lighting it. Tossing the device into the hallway she then dove back in the room scrambling to hide behind one of the fallen tables. She was just hoping it did as it was designed to do, and that she did not add too much substance, which would blow a chunk of this room along with the hallway.

River coughed as the smoke cleared and heard Gig's speech. Standing she dusted off her clothes and sighed. I so need to get a new shirt. She thought walking over she waved a quick farewell to the doomed man before following Gig out of the bar. "Can we go shopping after this?" She asked looking up.

Giglamesh would look down to his right side at her as he walked out of the bar, grabbing his casket which he left out there before he had entered the bar earlier. He would place his casket almost like a back pack the sling over only one shoulder his right, and he held the strap with right hand. He didnt say anything to her only glanced for a second, because he had something else to do.

A middle aged man stood in front of giglamesh slightly shaking. "I..I heard the commotion...so did you do it...did you actually do it!?" He almost seemed excited about something, he was clutching a purse of gold.

Giglamesh just looked at him coldly for some reason, and slowly walked towards him. "Yes....i killed red hands clay." Giglamesh would give a half assed scoff as he finished his sentence, as if he was not satisfied.

Then man nearly overjoyed because him killed clay for him, he would eargly toss the gold to giglamesh which gig would catch. "Thank you so much....so very much, he took my son's life away...and took everything..... i couldnt pay you enough for what you have don!!!"

Giglamesh literally struck the man with his left fist, and then caught him by the throat picking him up by it choking him slightly. "....Some times gold cant and shoudlnt be paid for ones life....its because of the weak people like you that the beasts walk on the weak, because they can do it, because they can get away with it....and when push comes to shove and there unhappy about the situation that rely on others that are strong to fight. You said he took everything from you, well i still see you standing before me, but when it happened you did nothing....nothing to stop him, nothing after he did it, you lost your son and he got exactly what he deserved, but you deserve the same for not standing up for what was done to your ******** family, even if you died....you might as well lose everything if you dont stand up for your family."

Giglamesh dropped him and from low breath he would fall to his knees. Giglamesh would hold out his hand turning it over and dropping the gold back in front of the man that had lost his son. "Yet...i still feel for you loss, i said i would do it and you said you would pay me all the gold you had....well...use that for a good funeral for your son....lets go." Giglamesh would just walk past him after he finished, the man would have to decide for himself what to do next.

As they were walking away, which river should be following, he would look down at her from his colossal height. "Yeah...sorry this job didnt pay so we wont be able to go shopping riv ...sorry." He had a sweat bead because they did all that for nothing, because he gave the money back to the client, as what some would call a donation, gig would call it a bribe for the ferryman.

[*shrugs* ok, just so you know, the portal under midgar just spat out a shitload of monsters so if you want to use that, go ahead. And a huge explosion just went off that you should at least feel but shouldn't really do anything to your rp so its up to you if you want to mention it or not]
