Sunkit licked his paw and then rubbed it over his ear a few times. He purred at Featherkit and then gently tackled her, nipping at her ears but never hurting her.
Lynxclaw came back into camp from making dirt. He looked around and smiled at the sight of Featherkit and Sunkit playing. Then, he looked around for Rabbitpaw, wondering if she was around.

Featherkit squeaked and randomly flailed her paws, but then, attempting to catch Sunkit off guard, thrusted her hind legs upward, causing him to fly backwards.

Sunkit mewed in surprise as he twisted in the air in order to land on his paws. He landed with a soft thud and then collected his breath. He licked the fur down his spine back so that it was smooth once more. "You'll be a great fighter!" He purred.

"But a better hunter!" Featherkit mewed snaking forward, her belly brushing the ground, before pouncing and bringing down an airborn leaf.
Wishingstar led her cats into camp and immeadiately jumped onto Highledge. She yowled the summons and waited for her clan to gather.

Sleetpaw padded into camp, behind Snowpaw and Lunarpaw. When Wishingstar called for a meeting, he sat under highledge and looked up, wondering what she was going to say about the gathering.
Snowpaw yawned. She curled up beside her brother, burying her nose into her flank. It wasn't like she could hear what was being said anyway.
Sunkit snapped his head up. "Look, Featherkit, another meeting." He squeaked, pointing with his tail.
Lynxclaw sat behind the two white apprentices. He wasn't directly behind them though. A few tail lengths away. He looked up at Wishingstar. "This is about the gathering, I assume?" He asked, whiskers twitching.

"Yep." Rabbitpaw mewed padding over to Lynxclaw and sitting next to him.
Lunarpaw sat next to Sleetpaw, their fur barely touching.
"Cats of ThunderClan, ShadowClan have given us a proposition. They wish for us to give up part of our territory for them. All Clans around the lake were given an equal amout of territory and no Clan should be able to dictate how much land each clan has. We will not give ShadowClan our land! If they want it, they will have to fight for it!" Wishingstar mewed.

Lynxclaw's fur bristled as he let out a growl. It erupted slowly, rumbling deep within his chest. "How could ShadowClan even think about asking us that?" He hissed, slowly so the words came out nicer than he wanted them to. His tail lashed behind him. "Do we have enough Warriors?" He called out, addressing Wishingstar. "We're one down now that Shadoweyes is expecting kits....."
Sleetpaw looked back at Lynxclaw. He was right. ThunderClan was short on Warriors. "He's right. ThunderClan doesn't have very many Warriors since last leaf-bare....."

Shadoweyes yowled fiercely "I may be having kits, but that does not mean I won't fight for thunderclan!" her fur brisled and her tail lashed from one side to the side as she eyed Lynxclaw then wishingstar.
Sandclaw looked worried "Shh shadoweyes, you are having kits and it would be dangurse if you fought" he whispered and noticed his mate was shaking.
Shiningfall's tail lashed from side to side, he was worried for his mate and kits "Queens that kits are old enough to stay behind can fight" he suggested "The apprentices or elders could watch the kits?" he knew Cloverwhisker would be a good fighter if she tryed.

Lynxclaw drew his lip back, bearing his sharp teeth. "Unless you want your kits to die, you aren't going to fight, Shadoweyes. The Clan shouldn't be the most important thing to you right now. You should be worried about yourself and your kits as your mate so obviously is. It's our job to take of you. You and your kits are our future! Think rationally, Shadoweyes! For the sake of the fur balls that you carry inside of you." He hissed. Maybe she would listen.
Sleetpaw smiled at what Lynxclaw had said. Kits were the most important thing to a Clan. He looked at his sister, wondering if she would ever have kits one day. Then, he looked around at all of the gathered cats. Lunarpaw, Rabbitpaw, and Littlepaw in particular, wondering if he would ever have kits.

Lunarpaw smiled at all the talk of kits. She wanted to have kits. She would make a good mother.
"We need the apprentices to fight. All queens fit enough to fight will fight. Shadoweyes, you need to stay and take care of Berrykit, Reedkit, Featherkit, and Sunkit. Cloverwhisker is fit to fight. We need to train, but we must be well fed. Stormfire, take a patrol with Sandclaw, Shinigfall, Lynxclaw, Lunarpaw, and Sleetpaw. and bring back lots of freshkill. ThunderClan will eat well tonight." Wishingstr mewed.

Stormfire dipped her head " Right away Wishingstar" she mewed before flicking her tail to summon the cats that Wishingstar named. She headed for the camp exit.

Shadoweyes stood, her fur brisled as she stormed away to the nur. den. She was as strong as any cat in this clan! she knew they where right to be worried about her and her unborn kits but she wanted to do something more then watch kits while the rest of the clan gets to battle! she pushed her way trough the brambles into the warm den and flopped down on her stomach as she tought of things she could do.
Sandclaw watched his mate leave with worry in his eyes before he turned and padded to stormfire, he knew he would worry about her the rest of the day.
Shiningfall sighed and fallowed sandclaw, his mate would do all she could to help deffend the clan and he had to smile at that.
Nightpool fallowed Shadoweyes into the den "It'll be alright shadoweyes, this isint about how you fight its about the kits that you hold" he mewed clamly.
Shadoweyes looked up at her best friend "If I had known this would happen then I would have never had kits" she whispered
Nightpool laughed and licked her ear "Just take it easy, the kits are old enough to listin to what you have to say" he mewed.

Cloverwhisker looked over at Shadoweyes "I can tell you don't want to be locked up in her all day" she smirked "Don't worry, the clan can deffend itself but I do worry about my kits" she added coolly "Please take good care of them, I have to go talk with Wishingstar" she mewed clamly before she stood and left the den to find her leader.
Reedkit wailed his complants "Why do I have to stay in the den all day long, I am ready to be an apprentice!" his voice was sharp and annoyed.
Berrykit shook his head "Where almost ready Reedkit, you heard mom" he chirped.
Reedkit looked annoyed then looked at Shadoweyes "What are you going to do to intertain us?" he demaned.

Shadoweyes sighed heavily "How about I teach you some fight-moves?" she asked, her icy-eyes sparked with amusment and wondered if this would keep the kits at bay for a while "Will you get the other kits Nightpool for me please?" she asked clamly.
Nightpool nodded and stepped out into the clearing "Hey kits" he refured to Sunkit and Featherkit as 'kits' rather then there names because it was eassier to remeaber, he was also waiting to find his apprentice he needed her to do something for him.

Reedkit mewed pleased "Okay!" he mewed, he didn't relize he might have to use them if cats invaded the clan and over powered them.
Berrykit nodded, he didn't think he could really do much but hide behind his mother like any normal kit.
Palepaw padded briskly out of her hiding place "Hey wishingstar, I can help teach Cloverwhisker to deffend herself" her voice was storng and hyper like always, she enjoyed fighting any way and she was sure her mother could be as good as her.
Cloverwhisker purred amused "Palepaw I am flatered but I'd rather be mentored by a warrior, you can teach me some other time" her voice was gentel
Palepaw understood and nodded embarst at her mother.
