Ch'zoza's smile faltered for a bit before she clutched the rabbit. It was very warm and soft and squirmy, but not yet too scared to actually try and run away. "How sweet," she said, a real smile beginning to fill her face. She shifted her hold with one hand so she could rub the soft, long ears. "Do you only catch rabbits?" Perhaps this woman would be willing to get her some dogs.

"i try to catch a wide range. Mostly rabbits in this area. I trap all manner of smaller animals. Stoats, ferrets, rabbits and mice are proving to be good sellers for pets." she said watching happily "I also have been called upon to tame some larger game. My favourite tame was a fawn wanted for a celebration at one of the cervie festivals." Thinking about that trip she smiled "they came to me with tale of a herd of white deer and how they wanted me to tame one. It took just under a year to find the herd and, luckily, it was just as the mothers were in fawn. I captured 3 little ones two female and a male. All three grew up strong and they tamed very well. But the two females were killed by a hunter from another clan. The male still lives with them and is the centre of attention." Looking down at the little rabbit "anything can be tamed when you get them young enough and know how."

Ch'zoza listened intently. This woman sure knew her way around with animals. It was then she realized this mysterious animal charmer had not given her name... but that could come later she supposed. "Sounds like it," Ch'zoza replied. Deer were indeed hard to come by at times, and she'd never seen any which were pure white. But she couldn't imagine just living with one, or even looking after it. Deer were food. The rabbit started squirming a bit and Ch'zoza instinctively tightened her grip, which made the animal cry out. "Uh... here. I guess you'd better take it back."

Misika nodded happily placing the rabbit back in the box with her sisters. "So your heading into Haventree to trade. What do you have if you don't find me to rude to ask." she asked picking up the bowls placing them back in her bag.

"Not at all," Ch'zoza said, reaching for the larger of her packs. "I live out near the edge of the deep wood, just before it gets unlivable. You wouldn't believe some of the creatures that live out there. I trade mostly oddities, though I've got the regular allotment of skins and smoked meats as well," she said jerking her head toward a smaller pack off to the side. The first thing she pulled out was a long, flat roll of ordinary cloth. She unrolled it to reveal five feathers as long as her arm. "I've never seen what drops these feathers, but they're the biggest I've ever known." Four of the feathers looks like ordinary owl feathers in shades of brown and gray. The fifth was a very bright turquoise with green and black stripes.

Misika eyes went wide as she looked at the feathers "they are very unique. I would love to see what animal they came from i could get a high price for a living one." Misika rambled on her mind switching over to plotting traps. "though the question would be are the carnivores. that would be a worry from something this big"she said softly to herself. Snapping out of her train of thought she blushed laughing slightly. "Sorry when i think about trapping i kinda go into my own little world."

As Ch'zoza put the feathers away, she felt rather impressed that the woman would want to catch something so big. Ch'zoza simply hoped whatever they were continued dropping feathers without actually paying a visit. They made her good money. "Personally, I hope to not see them. There's not many creatures as can be trusted on the boundary between the wood and the deep wood. But if you're ever up for an adventure I can show you some of the safer paths. Maybe you'll spot something new to catch and trade."

"that would be great. I'm always up for trapping new things." Misika paused thinking for a moment "i don't think I've ever met any animal i didn't trust on some lvl. Sure the meat eaters need more respect but apart from that they all have a smilier living patten." looking at Ch'zoza she blushed slightly "I'm sorry i tend to babble on some times. i guess it's cause i work with animals they normally don't talk back"
Raising to her feet she tossed a leather blanket over her back half. She then lifted a strange carrying pack over it. Tying it under her body and around her front she lifted the crates on the back slotting them into special made holder. picking up her back pack from the ground she smiled at Ch'zoza. "well the day is still young and their is plenty to do " Misika said with a smile "would you mind if i join you on the walk into town?"

Ch'zoza knew the signs of moving on, and as Misika readied herself, so too did Ch'zoza. She had fewer things to carry, but as she saw how quickly and efficiently the other put her cages and packs on, she decided an offer to help was unnecessary.
Ch'zoza nodded her agreement, "Right and true," she said. "I think I'd rather enjoy the company," she said with a smile. Somehow the act of getting ready to continue the trip had done wonders for her mood. Not that she'd been dour before, she just hadn't been able to shake the image of wet, floating hair from the pond and was glad to be quitting that place.
