"Oh." It was about all she could think to say, and all she actually did say. Ran didn't have many talents as it was. Among the few she did, conversations weren't one of them. Not that she was anti-social, shy or anything, she just always ran out of things to say quickly.
Thus, she contently remained in place, occasionally moving her gaze from one cloud to the other. "The sky is pretty," she suddenly commented. "Ran wishes she was colored that way."

Marzi's thick tail gave a thump against the ground in contentment, as a sigh escaped him, seemingly deflating his large chest. His eyes slid closed as he thought for a moment about the colors of the sky: during the day so blue and pale, and at night so dark and mysterious. "Sometimes I wish things like that, too... but I think you're lovely the way you are, Ran." He chuckled slightly with his last comment, opening his bright eyes and glancing over at her with a wolfish grin, tongue lolling out and to the side casually.

The youth glanced at him, seeming amused. "Yes, Ran has nice colors. All wolves have nice colors." Because colors were pretty. Light, dark, any kind. Her only wish was she'd appeared more like her family. Sure, one of her brothers was pink, but Mama had said he looked like her Mama and her Brother who she liked a whole lot. "Ran should go soon."
