HI ALEX! Joke to make us feel a little better
Little Julie gets her first period. Uncomfortable with talking to her parents she decides to ask little johnny. So she whips up her skirt and shows him her bleeding fanny. Johnny scratches his chin and says, "I'm no expert but it looks like someone ripped your bollocks off"

I have a few questions: What do you think makes a good thread/guild? What do you tend to look for in a thread/guild? How can we make it more welcoming to new people?

What do you think makes a good thread/guild? eye catching words are probably needed and a updated poll as well for poll whores
What do you tend to look for in a thread/guild? Activity and for people to feel comfortable coming into a new forum like greeting them or something (though we do this already razz )
How can we make it more welcoming to new people? They have to fee welcome and wanted to stay biggrin
and i have to go talk to you guys later

I think the main switch messed with people and we lost a lot of regulars. and we can't hold new people for anything. which sucks.

Mhm It did it was so abrupt that when it happened the old regs didn't know and the newest ones did... It's hard to hold the new people cause they come for like an hour and never again....

we also didn't send a PM out to the old regs which caused a few rifts.
I think the main problem is new people see gifting and expect immediate gratification and that's not us. but we also don't offer contests and the such like most threads/guilds
