1st flute. In my class there were three flutes with First parts but I got first chair. biggrin I even got a solo. Not to brag. It was a fun part

I'm first chair trumpet in bands at school, but at the brass band I go to I'm 4th chair of solo cornets (grrrrrr cornets). Although... I'm think I might be 3rd now after the lass in 3rd has left!! WOO!!! Then again... I still have to play the cornet =/

I started in band playing the trombone and I was last chair crying ,but now I play Tuba and I'm first chair biggrin

i am 1st chair in honors band of seventh grade which is pretty awesome cuz im seventh grader and all the eighth graders r behind me

This coming year i will be first chair out of like only 3 including me and for marching band (i am still in middle school) it doesnt matter yet for us but for high school it will right?

They way we do it at our school, it's not like we have specific chairs. It's kinda that way, but not, ya know? This past year we had 5 clarinets, I was second to last chair, but it wasn't because I wasn't good; it was just how Lopez wanted us to sit.

Alto sax - 1st chair and sax section leader in symphonic band at my school. Hopefully, next year, I'll be 2nd chair in California all-state high school band. (1st chair in all state is crazy. pirate )

i play trombone(s).... i have third chair(aka third part) out of 4 in advance band and i have 4th out of 4 (aka bass trombone) in jazz
