Amount of time you have to go towards being crew? I most of the time get on at around 3pm and I can be on till 5am sometimes! But I will be on for sure 3-11pm every day.
Are you willing to run contests and help with events? Yeah! That sounds fun!
Do you have any skills making banners and graphics? Some.
Ideas to make BHG better: No I think BHG is pretty awesome as it is now.
If you see someone bugging someone else in the guild, maybe just joking but is still constantly harassing this person, what would you do? Send them a PM and ask them kindly to stop.
You see a member using lots of foul language, what would you do? Ask them as kindly as posible to tone it down.
How are you good at relating with people? I like to talk alot, And I'm also very good at listening. I chat with every one I posibly can!
Are there members in this guild you dislike? No every one I'v met here is so sweet and kind!
If so, how do you handle interacting with them? If I happen to run into this issue, I'll just try to find things we have in common and talk about it and I'll try to be kind as posible.
Are you willing to invite new members into the guild if you have nothing to do? Yeah!
It's Monday afternoon and you see no one has started the avi contest yet, what do you do? Wait a while, If some one has still not started it check the Suggestions and start the Avi Contest. But if me and some of the other Crew Members have chated about it and already decided on a theme for the Avi Contest start it with that theme.
You see there are people on but no one is posting in the main forum, how to you try to get the main forum more active? Post a new thread, Or post in a few threads that have died down and see if any body starts to chat.
One of the crew members tells you, that they think your work is poor. How do you handle this? Ask them how and try to fix the issue.
