Actually libraries in the UK do charge money to rent movies from them. It costs around 60p for a child/student and around £1.50 for an adult - but you get it for a week! ^_^

Libraries here (Canada) don't charge us and I find getting the used ones from video stores is a great way to save some money. A tiger in the bush
