I prefer Shiver. Yes, it has werewolves and romance, but in my opinion its way better than Twilight. I usually don't go for romance books like that, but this one was pretty good. Good use of vocabulary, nice plot, likable characters. Some things I would like to change here and there, but otherwise a good read.
And then I read the second one, Linger. That is good stuff...especially what was happening to Grace. When I found out the author made a trailer for the book, I didn't expect much, but she is amazingly talented. She composed the music, made the paper, and edited the video all on her own.
Can't wait for Forever to come out, I need more material to hit Twitards on the head with.

I hate the Twilight series for the fact that people keep referring it to me. "Oh, hey! You like paranormal romance, right?" "Uh, yeah?" "Then you're gonna love this new teen book about ******** you."
Okay, teen books, fine. This is not a "romance novel". Not the kind I read anyway. I wouldn't read this if my life depended on it. I read the hardcore stuff. Smut, as some might call it, with a plot of course. But teen books make my skin crawl and make me want to savagely murder all of the characters because they are stupid and full of angst, no matter what.

"Vampires are supposed to be ravenous blood thirsty beasts which this movie finally brought light upon"
nope
both of these movies are horrible but if you compare the 2 ( no matter how unbelievable it is) twilight is a much superior movie compared to 30 days of night
these are probably the best vampire movies ever made Vampires Underworld Interview With The Vampire Nosferatu Queen of the Damned Ultraviolet
those are probably the best vampire movies ever made and i suggest watching them if you want to watch a good vampire movie

I'll tell you why it sucks! There's a number of reasons!
1) The vampires ******** sparkle in sunlight! I'm sorry, wasn't the traditional UV-ray-on-vampire effect supposed to be SPONTANEOUS COMBUSTION? They're not prismatic, they're flammable!
2) Jacob is in love with a newborn infant. If you dare defend this, you are a sick b*****d overlooking the fact that on top of necrophilia and bestiality, this movie couldn't resist piling on ***** to boot.
3) Keeping #2 in mind, this entire series is admitted to be shlick material for the creepy woman who wrote it! Pornographic Harlequin romance between a stupid chick, a dead guy Gary Stu, a wolfman Gary Stu, and a dead baby. Let that soak in for a minute. Exactly what kinda crap is this lady into?!
4) Breaking Dawn: Parts 1 & 2. The most irrelevant, boring, unnecessary, padded film that didn't need to exist since Pandemic hit RedBox.
I'd tell you more, but I've only seen the first film and read criteria for Breaking Dawn with snippets in between. Spoony makes Twilight fun, but for all the right reasons!.. particularly because it's stupid!
