Deliberatively stacks the wood into the fireplace atop smaller kindling. Having a few extra pieces of wood, True begins a small pile of wood a few feet away from the soon-to-be fire.
Kneeling before the fire True removes a piece of metal and a rock from his pocket. Striking them against each other until a spark alights in the kindling. Gently blowing into the sparks a fire slowly begins to start.
Half realizing, half remembering, True twists a key in the chimney as soot and dust fall onto the fighting flames. True continues to prod the flames with a metal rod, and blowing on them to keep them going, until the fire itself actually can continue on it's own power.

The fire slowly begins to let off heat, and a loud crack can be heard as some ancient nest breaks and a large rock lands on the fire. True uses the prod to remove the stone. Unsure as to wiether it is needed for the chimney itself, True places it next to the fireplace to cool.
"I'll have to check the fireplace tomorrow, and try to remortar it... This place IS old."
True sighs and heads to check on the tea.

True Returns fully loaded with tea time trinkets and places them upon the coffee table. True pours a cup, then looks to HPM, "Tea?"

withdraws the proffered cup and pours himself a cup, after placing severly blankets on a rack near enough the fire to warm, and NOT burn. The True retreats to the couch and awaits the others.

Autumn and Lion's two pups bound into the Common Room after Neverborn. Calendery tugged upon a purple tinged blanket that he had just strung up on the rack and gave it a playful tug. Alaster just cocked a head and watched.

Wolfie tosses the mittens at the base of the fireplace mantle and hopes that the warmth will dry them soon. It was important to make sure she could return to the cold soon in order to place some marker over that hole. And a good one... she thought, knowing that the snow would be falling again midday.
"Hello." Wolfie smiled at yet another newcomer. This place was getting busier by the day. How wonderful it was to have so many people together in such a great little place. He was right, of course. It was a quaint place.
She tugged off her jacket and placed an arm around Autumn. With a snug, the wolf looked at her with pretty pale eyes. They seemed to sparkle in the firelight. A reassuring lick to Wolfie's face made her smile and the Moonlit wandered off, in search of better things to do than babysit now that Lion was back to watch her own brood.

Sodashi trotted in to the room quietly, Krysta asleep atop her head. The wolf-girl had found no problems bonding with the infant wolf seeing as she was.. well, a wolf-girl. She balanced the pup with no difficulties and grinned as her violet eyes fell on the lady known as Wolfie, who had presented her this pup.
Swiftly, she slipped Krysta off her head, careful not to wake her, then walked up to Wolfie with a warm smile.
"Have a nice Holiday?"

Wolfie turned around, hearing Sodashi behind her. With an affirmative nod and smile, "Of course. Look at all these wonderful presents under the tree."
She pointed to the new infant pups and opened envelopes stuffed with tickets and goodies for the Moonlits. Boxes lay half-tipped on their sides spewing forth shiney bracers and blankets and all sorts of other interesting things. Everything seemed so peaceful.

* him and zeak enter threw the door and look around* wow this is bigger every time i come here * a brood of puppys run up and start jumping at my feet* O_o wow there are alot of you arnt there * kakashi looks over at zeak who is under a pile of them*......hahahahahahahahahahaha...man...zeak i dident know you were so good with kids... *zeak gets up and nudges my leg in the direction of the couch*.....ok well go in there * thet walk in there and sit down only to get a pile of puppys on top of us*.....o_O there very where and there all cute

*the puppys all nod off and i look at the fire*....zeak you and i will be the best of freinds so....lets go and do some thing out side sound go to you? *zeak looks at me and then barks running to the door*

Fenrir bounds in and looks to true, who promptly gets up and helps Fenrir dry of with the warming towels near the fireplace.
Once dry Fenrir takes a sip of true's Bea Tea and then lays down on the couch, next to where true just was sitting. True absently grabs the rock that fell from the fireplace, and tosses it at Fenrir. "Our next job their tough guy. Tomorrow we fix that chimney."
Fenrir, sighes, nearly asleep already. "Yes Yes" but until Then I need some sleep. It's been a long day and a half."
"Yes, of course" true turns the stone in his hand as he thinks, and rubs fenrir's ears.
