I heard there were two confirmed cases in Colorado, but have yet to see the source of this...

I'm in New York, upstate New York and we just got our first possible case here. Down state they have about 50. I'm kind of worried since I do work with the public (library too smile ) but I figure as long as I continue to take precautions I should be okay. Yesterday I spent a good 15 minuted wiping down the desk and phones. I am so glad we have stopped letting people use our phone.
My sister was asked to get tested 'cause she had the sniffles and she had just gotten back from a trip to Texas. She's a daycare teacher, if she had it the daycare might have been closed down. Luckily it was just allergies.

The Swine Flu has caused more a plague of media hysteria than anything else at this point. It's typical media behavior to blow things completely out of proportion. stressed

They reported on the news this morning that pork sales were down because of the swine flu outbreak rofl

You could get swine flu by eating pork.... if a sick waiter/waitress sneezed on your bacon at Denny's or something xp xd
