I understand Rose. Formality is the proper way to greet someone. It is a good welcome, except you might want to say something like "I hope you have an enjoyable experience RPing with us, and hopefully we will enjoy RPing with you." instead of setting an expectation for them to have to live up too.

Well, this guild has expectations that, if failed to be met, will grant you a one way ticket out. We've already experienced a... A person with bad choices and I think Alix still has his banhammer out because of it. We must be cautious if we want our little community to be productive and easy flowing. But I do understand where you are coming from, and I do agree.
