They were going to show it at my anime club at my local library, but I had to go perform at this stupid after-school thing. I tried to rent it, but it was unavailable : ( Yet I did see the whole series and I'm caught up in the manga.

I usually read the manga first & then the anime, but sometimes (Like with Dragon Ball & FMA) I don't.

We mainly watch a couple of episodes of any anime a member suggests. The last time I was there, somebody suggested Rorouni Kenshin (it was a little too old and cheesy for people's tastes though) Of course we have a couple of narutards in the club and others that only watch mainstream anime, but the rest have less popular tastes x3 I suggested Ouran at my first meeting I went to. We then discuss the episode sometimes and eat snacks while they show it!

Yeah, ours had one, but it sucked XD There were only like 7 people, & they were all Narutards...
Its a good show & all, but the fighting sucked... The moves were so predictable & everything. Also that's not how you throw a kunai or shuriken. You'd think Ninja would know some martial art =_=;

It's the creator's fault mainly. I get pretty ticked off by him, he doesn't really get into his work. For example: there was this one interview and he was asked about 'chakra' (which is derived from India and Hinduism) and Masashi said: I could care less about Hinduism, I just needed something to put about how they get their power. It's like the force
I hated him at that point. He doesn't even feel like learning about anything!

True.. A true martial artist can beat up any of his characters cause they don't really know any martial arts. They're easy to beat...
Also, he could have used Ki... or made something up... I didn't get the Chakra thing either...
