Kagaya sat there quietly listening to the charges being read. 'I'm dead, their not going to let me live. Their going to execute me.' He thought to himself. He just sat there quietly and motionlessly.

He puts his hand down on his right zanpakuto. Little did kagaya know it was his own. He made breif eye contact with him before whistling a tune as he walked down the rows of cells, Visiting hours had just started. In a cell black a few yards away sat a arrancer who picked up on whistling tthe same tune listing kagayas spirits.

"Kuroi, take it down, I said I don't want to die, not that I was going to die, I don't plan on leaving Yukari. I promised her I would always be by her side. Besides if Aizen comes for me I still have my Kido and extreme speed." He said as he stood and walked to the edge of his cell to stand closer to Kuroi.

kidou? against aizen? dont be an even bigger idiot. when I dueled him It took everything I had to avoid dying. kidou aint going to help you agaisnt aizen, unless youve discovered some new ultimate kidou, whch I doubt."

Another thing, tell Izuru-sama to keep atleast two captains together at all times and to never let the leiutenants go anywhere alone, Aizen has been trying to split up the captains and everyone else into small groups this whole time." Kagaya said to Kuroi as he started thinking clearly again.
