I agree our current executives for those ranks really deserve to keep it and I would not feel right booting them out.
Hm.. As I see it we could either have the merged rank of Spy and Assasin, though I don't know what we would call it, or perhaps we could have an additional layer of rank. The two for that layer would be Field Operations and Base Operations and would be slightly higer than Executive...

I repeat Organizational Defence.
Assassins and spies are kinda the same.
One kills people, and one collects information.
But they do so to protect, or defend, our oganization.
Team Sprocket = England
Organizational Defence = MI-6

...only because I played James Bond games on me Xbox years ago... but still. ninja
To the topic...
Merging spies and Assassins into one just seems kind of odd, really.
Making [Organizational Defense?] the new section and keeping both ranks separate within the O.D. seems more logical to me. Sure, spies and assassins are similar, but they are very different as well. They are both uber stealthy, and to a different degree each of them gathers information. The subject of killing for the ultimate protection is what sets them apart. A spy would find the information needed for an assassin to do their job. They work together, but not as one. They can function independently or as a team, the latter being most efficient.
Short:
The Assassin works off of the information a Spy would acquire. They work like this in a special team [Organizational Defense?] for the ultimate protection of Team Sprocket.

I like the idea of re-categorizing spies & assassins under one main category, as well as Fuhrer des Drachen's suggested section name: "Organizational Defense". If we go with this idea, I think it would be most appropriate to have one executive be in charge of "Organizational Defense", and then the ranks deemed as "Organizational Defense" would be under the command of that single executive. Seeing as Spy has an executive, and assassin does not, Kotura would be given the role of being Organizational Defense Executive. I will be checking with her to see if she's still interested in having a different executive role.
Furthermore, if it was to be considered "Organizational Defense" I would want to include the Guards. Although we don't have any atm ( or so I recall), I do believe the rank would more then adequately qualify under Organizational Defense. Guard currently does not have an executive, so it should be easy to merge it into the section of Organizational Defense without upsetting anyone.
Thoughts?

Alright. I've gotten in contact with Kotura, and she has agreed with the suggested revision. I will be editing the ranks within the next week. Kotura will no longer be executive spy, but will be Organizational Defense executive. Organizational Defense will consist of the ranks of Guard, Spy, and Assassin. Subject is now closed.
