"Kyo, I really don't have much of anything to have you do. I was just about to visit the Commander-General and request something for Seireitei to do. Meanwhile, you and Rikai get some training done, I don't want my best officers to be rusty in combat, we are after all the Combat Improvement division and thus we are always improving combat wise."
Kane answered as he excused himself and walked out of the office and towards the main part of Seireitei.

 Kyo looked at his captain and agreed with him as he truned around and walked out of the office. When Kyo left he headed for the battle area so that he could train and if the 3rd seat decided to join him, then he would train with her.-exit-
