Push the rating limit as much as possible and cut it off before it shoves passed the line with some sort of deep and/or funny one liner from Reg.

Example: (Reg and Hermione's first time)

Hermione: Oh, I-

Reg: *Smirks* You ready, Monkey?

Hermione: I..I think so.

Reg: Makes one of us.. sweatdrop

*Looks over picture* Say...that's pretty ********' wicked... Love the tail...

'Course I only have one of those sometimes....and usually if I'm gettin' paid for it, but I dig it, yeah.

*Pauses, taking a drag and looking Mike up and down*

.....I think we can have you pledge somethin' else, love.

*Flicks cig away, blowing smoke from the corner of his mouth*

You tell me, babe.

*Flicks his hair out of his face* What are You willin' t'give up t'me?

Mean, I have a few ideas...but most of 'em involve a great lack of clothing and what not. Dunno what y' stance is on that.

I really don't want it to be a super long fic, but I'm trying to shove a lot of meaning into a few words. >_<

Basically it's.. Godfrey goes to visit Josh and finds him passed out with like liquor everywhere and blood on his face and s**t. They're older, probably like 30ish and Josh is 32 or something, around there.

Reg's there too, came in the doorway after Godfrey did because he'd already seen Josh and discovered he was just sleeping and I wasn't sure but figured he might have meant to clean up a bit.

Dunno. Basically the fic just shows that... Godfrey has seen Josh like this the past few times he's come to see him, and Reg watches while Godfrey basically wordlessly says goodbye (Not that he'd stop seeing him.. he's just.. saying goodbye, when josh is asleep .. saying goodbye finally and letting s**t go) and then thanks Reg by giving him a kiss on the cheek or something.

And Reg's all 'What the ******** was that for?' And Godfrey says 'You know why.'

Meaning it's for.... thanking Reg for.. everything. there's a lot of meaning to squeeze into it but by that time Godfrey recognizes that Josh was just always Josh, still is Josh... and that he always was... kinda sad/empty inside and that there was never anything he could do.

So just kind of showing him letting go (though he mostly let go years ago, and by that I don't mean not caring, I mean just accepting that Josh was who he was and he did things sometimes that there was no stopping because it was his own life) Like.... >_< Godfrey knows he's outside of their world but Id on't want him to come off as snobby and superior, just... thankful, sorry, showing he loves the both of them, maybe? O_o

I just kind of mean to keep it Simple and clean while at the same time it's all complicated and dirty but it's just the way it is. D:

EDIT: And I just figured that as long as Reg saw Josh was just sleeping off s**t and okayish that he'd be calm, or able to appear calm, or .. I just don't know how he'd react at all. XD He's unpredictableeeeeeeeeee.

Yeah see that's what I was thinking. XD I already wrote Reg kinda like 'Okay you get gtfo out now."

I might just shove it away in the computer for a while.

I keep thinking Godfrey was angry when he was much younger because he was afraid for Josh, but... then he was just going into a mode where he knew he had to enjoy what time he had with Josh.

Josh wouldn't be on the floor, but on the couch. And I'd thought Reg went to go get a wastebasket or something to start cleaning s**t up. Frey's basically like 'I know you want me to go, just tell him I came by earlier when he wasn't here.'

I dunno. I was just trying to.. I don't WANT Frey to be a snobby a*****e. He was like that when he was younger (before he was 20ish) but he's... gone through and seen a lot of s**t himself by then. Things are just the way they are and he's grown out of feeling as if he should do something (or feel guilty about it) or wanting to control things years ago. (This happened with Phoenix's sickness as a kid, where he almost died and there was nothing they could do)

So I guess I'm just trying to write a fic that dually shows Reg's love for Josh and to thank Reg for just.. being there, being Reg. Because no matter how hard he tried, Godfrey never could.

I don't know. If you loved someone like family, but couldn't be there in a way that they really needed (that they needed, not that you wanted) .. wouldn't you thank the person who could?

Kinda writing it and stroking my invisible p***s I guess, but I don't want it to come off that way, really. >_< I just... I don't even know. Probably will just give it a try later...

EDIT: XD It'd be way too difficult at this point to write it from Reg's view, man. And Josh's out cold. XD

I was just trying to write a Reg/Josh fic and it turned into this. >_< I'm sorry for writing about Frey all the timeeeeee. D:
