Squad Eight, the CIA of Seireitei. Known as the Central Intelligence Division of the Seireitei, we are the ones who are the observers, the thinkers, and the ones who are regularly put in danger. Not only does that mean you have to be quick and intelligent, but that means you need to know combat as well.

Joining Squad Eight means making a commitment to hard work, training, and being ready for anything. We are the ones who are called in not only to investigate or gather intel, but we are the ones who will be the fighters, also. Be ready to use your mind and body as one in Squad Eight, and be ready to be the best you can be.

In Squad Eight you will need to be both strong and cunning if you intend to survive for very long. While it may not be one of the most glamorous jobs in the Sereitei, it is incredibly important, and even more dangerous.

It is an invaluable experience to be in our squad. Our members are all serious, respectful, and talented. The lessons you will learn while in Squad Eight are irreplaceable and will surely help you as you rise through the ranks.

~ Ninth Squad, Internal Affairs Group ~

Justice... What a subject. People from generation to generation argue and debate and research just what justice is, and all come to the same conclusion: Justice is what you make of it. This is the mantra of Squad 9, the code we live by, our truth and our creed.

In the confines of the Sereitei, we take our personal truths and apply them to administrative duties, such as patrolling the OOC threads for fighting and solving disputes. We also take it upon ourselves to answer questions on how things are done, and direct people to any information they may need.

In our ranks, all things will become possible to you as your world expands. The practical knowledge acquired among your peers will become a valuable commodity as you move on to bigger and better things. We are the pinnacle of RPing skill, the examples to all others on how to conduct themselves both in character and out. As such, we are accepting of all levels of skill, and work to hone each shinigami to perfection.

Often, there is no purpose to a fight. We Squad Nine members pride ourselves in our tactical thinking and innovative problem solving, and through this find ways to prevent conflict before it starts. The safety of all shinigami is our priority, not who is the strongest, or the fastest, or the smartest. No matter race or creed, we help all equally.

~ Tenth Squad, Imperial Elements Group ~

Squad 10: The Elementals

Squad 10 is a place for those who are intune with the elements. Squad 10 has an advantage in the way that they have one more card up their sleeve, the power of the element(s).

This is not a place for the faint of heart, for we train hard and are strong for it. We lend help to those who need it and we train our members to be the best. We hone our abilities and learn how to accept our powers for what they are. Only those who have a strong will can make it in Squad 10.

~ Eleventh Squad, Combat Specialists Group ~

Squad eleven is a squad for warriors. Unlike other squads we focus on our raw power and our blades. In battle we never hesitate when it comes down to fighting no matter if we risk dying. Squad eleven will die a billion times over before we give up in a fight. Call us savages or barbarians and you'll get hard core beat down then afterwards we'll give you a kind hearted thank you.

We don't think we're the best or strongest squad around, but if we show to be just that then very well then. The aim of our squad is to train you to be a well tuned fighting machine that not only jumps into a fight but does it without looking like a brainless fighter.

~ Twelfth Squad, Arcane Sciences and Technology Group ~

12th Squad is a squad that prides itself on knowing everything about Everything, as well as the weaknesses, strengths, and anything else you could imagine, about our opponents. This means that in 12th squad you need to be more of a thinker and planner than a fighter. This means in 12th squad is for those who like to get the upper hand on any opponent using their minds instead of their bodies.

One part of Squad 12 is that we make experiments to better help the squad, and to help keep the "bad guys" away. Be it vizards, hollows, Quincy, or even bount, we will find a way to combat them. Through success and failures we make the best technology for the fighters and those who need them most. this is the squad that help protect the seireitei from behind the lines.

After you enter Squad 12, you should expect to be taught how to make any kind of device, and know how to use it. This could mean long training hours with the certain device to use it fully, or making your own devices and using them yourselves.

Squad 12 is not by all means just a weak R&D squad. We are the squad that are best suited for the long fights, the ones that you need the most skill on. Why? Because we are the ones who will have the best endurance, the ones who will come out the winner because we do not just use our swords and bodies as our only means of attack.

We are the ones who are the makers, the ones who are the minds behind the tech. The one who are victorious because we use every part of our body and mind as one.

~ Thirteenth Squad, Divine Protectors Group ~

Squad 13, the Divine Protectors. Think of us as a squad that not only is the first to respond, but also the brains as well. We train you to not only fight, but to know how to get out of any situation. Squad 13 is not for those who expect to just sit around and get things for no reason. We train hard, and we train as much as we can. Expect to get places in this squad, but come prepared to earn it. Squad 13 is ready and able to take on any situation, at any time.
