Mizu sighed a little before moving away from the female though she was quick to return with a large zebra kill. She placed it before the other not saying a word as she moved to a small sliver of the shade not at all asking for more.
She knew she probably over stepped her bounders and she made it up the only way she knew who. She was silent as a lioness that lost her voice bringing a large kill to the pregnant female. She crossed her paws as her tail flicked beside her.
"I will go with you...I will be a strong female for your pride." She said finally turning to the female. "I will help you with the children. But I ask that no one...in the pride ever approach me about cubs." She said sternly not knowing about the pride and that it had one other ruler other then Kurage. One even more fearsome and vicious then her.
"Together we will raise them to be what you imagine them to be." She said boldly.

" I can promise you that I can prevent all but the king from approaching you. " She said as she slowly sat up, shifting forward to begin eating into the meal quickly. " My words hold no sway over that beast. " She said during a pause in the eating, slowly licking away the blood. " But I know that he likes his partners... willing. He would not cause discontent in our lands through any typical, brutish male actions. He is far above them.. "
That said, she returned to her meal, quickly eating her fill, and accepting the unspoken apology as she rested back down. How could she not accept? Like her, Mizu had suffered great pains at the paws of a male. She would not fault the other girl her anger, of Mizu would not fault hers. There was no harm down. Later on down the road, such a situation would be a far different story. But for now, it was just the two of them. They had more then enough time to work around such issues.
Mizu was both willing, and able, to make her dream a reality. She would not toss aside the lioness in a fit of anger, as long as the other returned. " Past is past, and that is where it shall remain. We will forget our earlier discussion. The offer to aid me with the cubs is both appreciated and accepted. "
