Laid_black_rose I watched the series everyday that it was on. I loved it to death and still do Cell Saga all the way. 3nodding ..the movie on the other hand, well, i wasnt all that impressed by it. They completely ruined Piccolo rolleyes hollywood shouldnt try to re-make anime into movies..it hardly ever works out well. I will say that i liked who they picked for Bulma; i thought she was a really good choice. I didnt see Gohan though confused plus, why would Gohan be in the movie? Its dragon ball, Gohan wasnt in the Dragon ball series. So far, just by seeing what they did with Piccolo, i'm afraid the movie will suck. But, i could be way wrong. *shrugs* I hope they do good with it. Nothing compares to the anime though. 3nodding ~LBR~ heart While I agree that this movie is going to make DB and DBZ fans cry there is one minor detail I think you should know, the Gohan in this movie is actaully Goku's adopted grandfather. He was also in the anime Dragonball and Goku's older son in DBZ is named for him.

The worst part is my DAD wants to go see it because he has never seen Dragon Ball gonk Xi Wang chan Yamaxchan Why must the ruin what we love? because is a pleasure for movie industry >¬ seriously... sometimes the remakes of asian movies are very poor T__T...

I watched the movie, actually the morning it came out I watched it... and I must say I have never laughed so hard at a movie! me and my friends (and practically everyone in the theater) were heckling the movie while we were watching it just shouting out random crap it was great! xD well the movie sucked but it was still fun!

i think that was not cool of what the americans did...
it looked so weird and so too much AMERICAN~
not saying japan can do any better, but still
i got completely wacked when i saw the preview...
so so wrong...
i wish they could just stop turning anime shows into american movies...
it is like as if they can do anything they want with it...

i watched all DB, DBZ, DBGT and when i saw this preview i was spazzing ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYWO2zHh0ws ) but later on when they shown new commercials for this movie D: was so mad when i saw all of the commercials of it, making goku a white pendejo D:< and having all the things about the series wrong Dx if you gonna make a movie about all of that, do what they did for the death note movies, LET JAPANESE MAKE IT cause they are the ones who both watch and made the series so they know all the facts HOLLYWOOD YOU EPIC FAILED

I think the reason these things become 'ruined' is because they were a fantasy but brought into reality. The moment you realise the fantasy was more enjoyable you realise just how dull the real world is. Not to be emo or anything XD

From what the new Dragon Ball Movie Live Action looks like, it doesn't look that great. Piccolo isn't gray, he is green. mrgreen
Dragon Ball is a good series, I wonder what this movie is going to do to it.
