SPI -14 Captain, balloons have been around before that, though. If that's the case, Jad was till an aviator, albeit with a horrible vessel. (I doubt you've seen many rowboats suspended by balloons...) "It's not a balloon! Balloons is for kiddy-winkies." I wasn't specifically referring to your bio anyways, you being a balloonist is fine. EDIT: Airship related pasts are fine, they've been around for some time now!* * I changed the setting a wee bit

I might place a character history here myself, participating in the graphic novel seems like it would be a great deal of fun, but Elliot's history is not meant for public nowledge? What should I do? Does this matter?

What should I do? Does this matter? Perhaps merely divulging it to the writers as and when necessary might work? Well, all involved with the comic need to know the story, and best all at once, since we have to take it from basic info, to script form so we can organize it into the main plot/page/panel form. That way we can use it to add to the story at key moments to give it a 'bang', or use your character's backstory to relate other characters. Just remember, 'YOU' won't be playing your character, we'll be using the character with your permission. I just like to get an outline of the main story before I write so I can plan stuff out and foreshadow appropriately. Of course, the majority will be done by the directors. ... heehe./sadistic laugh. No one reading it will know, but since we're creating a huge story, pieced together by characters... yeah. Share! It's more fun that way!

Any other genre stipulations that one such as this should be made aware of?

Although this conversation has given me a better Idea for my persona.
Everybody wants to be a Sky-Captain, but a ship's heartbeat lies in the chest and capable hands of her Mechanic.
In that capacity, I Quinn Darkheart, offer my services as an Engineer, Electrician, Mechanic, and all around Fix-it.
Just don't ask me to cook.
