Zana felt a growl rising from her chest but she swallowed it down unwilling to get upset with her brother. She would show him, that would be enough her ruby eyes narrowed at the mention of needing their fathers help. She was still furious that she had needed saving a few days before, she wasn't ever going to need her parents help again if she could help it.
"I don't need daddy's help, I'm sure with so many rabbits around I'll manage." She stood and stretched trying to appear graceful and without care. "I'm sure I'll be back soon, keep your claws sharp."
She glanced at the rabbit a moment her stomach giving a slight rumble, she needed to catch something or she would end up having another night filled with hunger pains and injured pride.

"If you say so," Doto said, shrugging his shoulders languidly. He grinned. He had no doubt that she would bring him back something fun to play with. She was probably pretty determined to prove him wrong now, which would fuel her ability and, in the end, help her succeed. He tilted his head and watched her as she stretched.
"I'll try not to get too worked up over your return," he sighed, clearly not planning on holding his breath. He repositioned himself then, turning away from her and sitting down facing the rabbit again, fixing his eyes on it to take every note he could about its last moments on earth.
"Try not to hurt yourself or anything, though, on your hunt," he didn't sound like he really cared, "and make sure you don't kill the rabbit, if you can help it. That would really defeat the whole point, right? I'll be here, or around the den, whenever you manage to get it."
