Shadow, however, wasn't going to break it. That wasn't his style. He pushed it to just where he wanted it. Reishi built up in his blades lit anew, the blue flames on the double edges of his blade suddenly whirling along them. With a final flourish, Shadow sliced through the bakudo, and with the same movement, sent out a whirling, lashing hurricane-like attack at Soma. It was a cone of swirling energy that ripped up everything in the way, and it was packed with more power than Shadow had, thanks to the reishi that he had collected. While Soma might not know that was exactly correct, he could probably guess as it.
However, using that much Riatsu hurt. He hadn't been trying to break the bakudo, but he had used enough to move his swords. That in itself drained him. If it wasn't for Lanfaer's power, he would have collapsed then and there.

 Soma smiled as he placed his zanpakuto in a straight forward motion pointing at the hurricane like attack that was coming towards him. Soma didn't say anything as the attacked headed for him. As the attacked clashed with his zanpakuto, Soma smiled and brought his other zanpakuto up and cut threw the attack like it was nothing. Soma was using his reiatsu as support for him. Soma turned the blade that was blocking the attack and caused the attack to disappear.
"Show me your true power, Shadow. Don't give me your half.show me your full power with your max reiatsu. If you want to be stronger this is the only way."

Mizuki Ito
5th Squad Vice Captain Mizuki was done watching. Walking over, she stood beside to her captain. Looking to Shadow, she spoke sharply. "He's right. There's no point in fighting unless you give it everything." She drew her blade, and white reiatsu surrounded her. It enveloped everything nearby, and a small grin formed on her face. The blade reflected the sunlight, making the scene even brighter. Mizuki held the sword in front of her. "Let's fight."

Soma walked away from his vice captain making sure he was about 15-20 ft. away from her as he said to her in a calm voice.
"So Mizuki, are you ready to join in on the fun. Im also ready to see what it is that you have to offer this division also. So show me what you've got Mizuki."
Soma said this as he turned around with both of his zanpakuto in his hand. Doragon which was in his right hand rested on his right shoulder. In Soma's left hand he held Hebi pointed towards the ground as he awaited for Mizuki to make her attack or even show off his shikai. Soma's power was great and similar to a prodigy like his former captain Toshiro. Soma knew that he was far stronger than both and he knew exactly what he had to do to keep them at bay.

Growling, Shadow kneeled down as he began to draw in Riatsu from the world around him. He was tired still from his training with Rednal/Gilgamesh. And the fact that his Captain was saying that he still had more to go was a laugh. As it was, he had to deal with what he had. With Lanfaer's help, Shadow could possibly truly harm the others. But to do so would take time unless Soma decided to toss an attack his way. By channeling the Riatsu around him into his swords, Shadow could redirect any attack, or defense, but at the user. So, if Soma were to use a Hadou at max power, and Shadow slashed through it with his Zanpakto, he would send an attack, like the hurricane, back at Soma. The power of that attack would end up being 2x the original power. In theory, this would overwhelm Soma. It would overwhelm almost anyone who attacked him.
But, again, that still required personal energy to use. So he had to rest up.

5th Squad Vice Captain "Thanks, Captain. I'll try not to let you down." Mizuki stepped forward before stopping and pointing her sword at Shadow. The reiatsu continued to flow around her. "Shiro Inazuma!" Her mind had already told her that a direct attack wasn't necessary, but Mizuki usually cut to the point--even in battles. White energy began to flow from her sword at incredible speed. She moved it around with her hand, stopping right at Shadow's feet. It took so little energy for her, so wasting it wouldn't make a difference. Mizuki frowned when he stayed kneeling on the ground. "You can't already be tired."

At first, Shadow simply kneeled, even as he heard the girl's words. But then he opened his eyes. The silver parts of his eyes glowed brightly, and the black where the while should be almost glowed on it's own. To him, time had slown, so that every move they made was more pronounced, and therefore easier to dodge. So as she stopped, and said her words, suddenly a chain was decending around her, a chain made of something unknown, that attached the two ends of Shadow's blades. That he moved that fast was remarkable. That he did it when at first tired made it even more so. Shadow's mind was a whirl of battle plans, and this was the first step in them.
(did you throw something at him? cause if you did, I'll edit my post)

Soma watched the battle the move that Shadow just tired was something special he watched it but, it only seemed to work with close ranged attacks. Attacks from a distance could pierce straight through it with ease. Even if Shadow was focused the actual art of making this slow down takes up alot of energy and it would be the same for his reiatsu. Soma smiled as he placed Hebi into the ground. Once Soma did that he put out his his index and middle fingers on his left hand and said with a calm voice.
"Hadou #4 Byakurai"
As Soma said that a blast of white lightning shot out of his fingers at an alarming speed. This speed happened because of Soma skill with this Hadou itself. Even if Shadow was able to slow it down. The slow down wouldn't be much and Shadow would have to end his attack on Mizuki in an instance. If Shadow took the attack head on the lightning would pass through his body like a hot knife through butter. The choice was up to Shadow would he dodge or would he accept the attack.

Shadow, however, hadn't slown down time. Not that he knew of, anyway. It just seemed that way to his eyes. And seeing Soma lauch that Hadou at him, Shadow grinned. Twitching, he brough Lanfaer's end of the double blade up and swung at the lighting. He had built up this attack for Mizuki, but this worked fine. The attack hit his blade, and suddenly stopped as it began to spin around the blade. With a twist in midair, he swung Moonfire's blade down with his left hand at Mizuki, and swung his Lanfaer with his right. Another cone of swirling energy shot out, but this one was far more powerful. It took all of the energy that Soma had put into that attack, all the power, and added it to the riatsu already in the blade. Then it doubled that power, and sent it back at Soma. It literally tore up the ground and shook the earth with it's fury.
(as I said, he split the double blade, so he has 2 swords with a chain attaching them together. Oh, and if this hits, Soma, it'll probably hurt. And Mizuki, that quick movement does give you the chance to dodge)

Soma smiled as his whole left hand opened up into an open palm. When this happened. Soma's smile was still on his face while he said.
"Bakudou #81 Danku"
As Soma said that a giant wall of energy was formed in the way of the previous attack that was sent back at Soma. Danku was a great spell to use to block any Hadou attack up to #89. Soma choose his division memebers well and he also knew them well enough to counter there moves with any of his Bakudous or Hadou. It was going to be hard for anyone in his division to have him bring out his Shikai let alone his Bankai. In the end Soma was only training them and his skill was far from rusty he was at the top of his game. Shadow could learn alot from Soma's action. The rest of the Division could also it was all up to them to try and out think Soma in this training battle. As the wall of energy continued to block the attack Soma grabbed Hebi and disappeared using Yami Step. Yami step was his advanded form of Shunpo that he created. Yami Step concealed his movements and his reiatsu all at the same time. For his Division to master this would take them atleast 5 years. When Soma reappeared he was standing next to Mizuki with Doragon placed infront of her blocking the blade attack from Shadow that was coming towards her. With that done Soma said to Shadow and Mizuki.
"You both should work together to try and best me. Fighting each other will help you out to. There is only one problem, im a stronger opponent if I wasn't your Captain taking you both out would come easily to me. Do you both Understand."

Shadow stopped both himself and the second, hidden power of his zanpakto. The chain suddenly retracted, and the two blades became one again. he spun it around a few times before digging one blade into the ground and holding the other up straight. "yes sir." His tone was respectful, nor was it angry. It was cold and heartless. His eyes were back to their now normal creepy selves, the technique having faded after his swing at Soma.

5th Squad Vice Captain "Yes sir." Mizuki stepped back. She was a bit surprised that their captain wanted the two of them to fight him. She really didn't think a two on one was right, even if he was captain-level, but kept it to herself. Regardless of her thoughts on it, she didn't sheath her sword. Making a mental note to ask how he hid his reiatsu in the last attack, Mizuki prepared to battle. ((Sorry for not posting! I'm a bit busy most days, but I'll get on as much as possible.))

Soma placed his zanpakuto infront of his body and smiled as he said to both Mizuki and Shadow.
"Its time to begin, When Yin gets here we will have a 3 on 1. Then we also have a new member joining us later after he is done with the Acadmey ill go and check him out once we are done here. So lets begin."
As Soma said that he got into a dual stance that abled him to use his zanpakuto for speed,strength, and defense. He was using a skill he had mastered while he was a human still. Soma wasn't a fool a 2 on one was easy. A 3 on one was a little challenge if they all were using Shikai. A 4 on one was suicide if you didn't have your shikai or bankai activated at the time. Then again Soma was strong even if people thought of him as weak Soma knew what his limits where and he knew how to push himself pass them.

Shadow stepped over a ways, apart from Mizuki, and across from Soma. He closed his eyes, his zanpakto coming apart in his hands, the chain extending from both ends of the sword. His eyes still shut, he spoke. "Mizuki. Do not let me hit your blade." That was all he said, and then he fell silent.
