Azure didn't even need to see what Dyas did, he was already going to tell her how much he loved her. He placed his hand on top of hers on his chest. "I love you so much Dyas." he told her, he wasn't sure if he had told her that yet since he had felt it for so long, but he definitely meant it. Even the way he looked in her eyes would have made the words unnecessary to be spoken.

Unbridled happiness flashed onto her face. Good. He still loved her. He had told her that so long ago...she almost feared he had forgotten. The female hugged him close before looking to the side and pointing. The shadows began to gather, fumbling over eachother. "Remember before? Turns out this is my power. I thought I didn't have one." She focused hard, brow furrowing slightly. Slowly, painfully slowly, the shadows melded together to form the vague shadowy outline of a head.
"I can mimic voices. My dad says in a few months I'll be able to copy shapes too." Azures voice spoke softly from the black head.
She let the shadows disapate, the reason soon becoming clear. Beads of sweat appeared on her brow as she panted. Currently, it took a lot out of her. It would take years to become as skilled in her power as her father was with his.

Nothing could make Azure happier then the expression on Dyas' face. Azure's head turned toward where Dyas pointed, and watched the shadows. "Almost like your dads..." Azure said remembering all the shadow creatures Raken always had watching them... the dog... "Where is your dad?" Azure asked curiously. It was creepy hearing his own voice talking to him. "That's great Dyas" Azure smiled down at her, although he didn't like seeing her so worn out.

Now...how to explain he was out on a picnic...Flashing a light smile, she pretended to be holding something with a hand before pretending to bite something. Out eating. Close enough. The female took his hand then and gave a little tug in the direction she came from. She wanted to show him something.

Azure had to think about what Dyas was showing him for awhile. He hadn't done this for awhile and wasn't used to it, and he didn't have the creative mind of a child anymore. He figured out eating, but not the first part. "Carrying food... getting food?" that would probably make him not there in the cave, he felt safer now. Azure followed Dyas letting her lead him, staring curiously as he did.

She stopped, looking confuesedly at him. She loved him because he could understand her without the words. Had he lost that ability? she shook her head and pointed towards the exit. Outside. He was on a picnic.

Azure looked rather sad when he saw that expression on Dyas' face. He guessed he must've been wrong. Food outside... that had to be getting food, right? But she had made it clear that he was wrong. Eating outside... "a picnic?" That response seemed pretty out there, but he needed to try.

Slowly, Dyas began to smile, and she nodded. So, a little rusty. She could live with that. Happily the female moved onto her tiptoes and kissed his cheek before continuing to lead him down. Better hurry before Raken came back.

Azure smiled back at Dyas, happy to see the expression on her face change and also pleased with himself that he seemed to have the right answer. Now Azure followed Dyas again, wondering what she was thinking, where they were going and how long it took for Raken to have a picnic.

She led him down to her bedroom, looking around for the shadow hound. But oddly, it never showed up. She pulled him into her room before pointing to her bed and then covering her eyes. Hopefully he'd get the hint.

Azure stared at Dyas, simply blinking, his male mind instantly made a guess at what she was suggesting, but would Dyas actually suggest something like that? He pondered for a second wondering how to approach her with his guess. Azure looked around the room, also, for any sight of Raken before he spoke. "You want to... sleep with me?" Azure questioned her, hoping she wouldn't hate him for crossing any unspoken line if the answer was wrong.

eek Her entire face turned deep read before shaking her head. The female walked over to her bed and gently sat him down before taking his hands and putting them over his eyes. What an idea! Sleeping with...She turned a deep red before leaning over and giving azure a long, sweet kiss. One day, sure. But there were steps to be made before all that.

Azure's entire body seemed to flush red when Dyas let him know he was wrong, he should've gone with his gut that Dyas wouldn't make that kind of suggestion. He let out a deep breath that he was unaware he had been holding. Well at least she didn't hate him for saying something like that. He wondered why his hands were over his eyes but he smiled when he felt her lips touch his and he leaned forward further.

She gladly pressed back when he leaned forward, extending the kiss a little further before ending it by stepping back. Then, she proceeded to happily walk to the large bookcase on the opposite walls, filled to the brink with literature she had obtained upon reaching adulthood. The mute pae pulled free one leatherbound one, and walked back. She set it infront of Azure, and gently pulled down on his hands for him to look. It was her own personal journal, started back to when they had first met. The cover had a picture of the two of them sitting on the beach. Where Azure had first told her that he loved her.

Azure quietly watched Dyas move around the room and waited for her to return. He smiled when he saw the cover, bringing back memories of that day. It was one of the best and worst days of his life. The best because that was when his feelings for Dyas first manifested, worst because that was the day Raken told him to stay away forever or date someone else, but now he had Dyas so it was all okay now. Azure grazed his fingers over the cover and looked up at Dyas. "You want me to read it?" he asked her.
