"I see...," Raiden said as he unstrapped Konpaku Shouhisha from his back and stared at his zanpakuto before he picked up his ten boxes of cigarettes carefully, 'Hmph. Might have to fight other shinigami. No time like the present to show what I've been hiding for many years, huh Konpaku?'
"So where are these knuckleheads," Raiden asked as he sheathed his zanpakuto and took out a cigarette and lit it. He then started walking back towards the seireitei.

 "Same place as the old man I'm guessing. Both of their spiritual pressures seemed to have reacted to the old man's the minute he triggered it. None the less, that would be normal for any knucklehead going up against him."
He sighed then started walking towards the Sereitei alongside Raiden. It'd take a little minute for walking distance, however they had time. The old man didn't seem to deliver a killing blow to either of them just yet.
"Toss me another cig."

"Really," Raiden said as he tossed him another cig, "I thought the Old Man was still in his office. He got pissed cause there was an Arrancar in his office acting somewhat arrogant in my opinion. She left though shortly after I arrived, said she was gonna go around Soul Society. She said she was interested in the selection we have..."
Raiden's voice fell low as realization dawned upon him, "Hey, you don't think she was gonna go visit the two we're about to go help as well? I mean...if Arrancars and Vizards teamed up together against shinigami, Soul Society wouldn't stand a chance. You know? I mean, okay I may have been lazy but I read my history text book, alright. And even if she's not interested in them, I'm curious as to who else would draw an Arrancar's attention here."

"Oh my, my missions keep getting easier and easier . . ." Kaigen chuckled as he walked through the Rukongai streets towards Raiden.
"Konichiwa, Raiden-san!" he exclaimed, waving to the ex-lieutenant with that usual smile on his face. "Yata-sama's a little pissed about you little stunt, Raiden-san . . . "

A female Shinigami followed along behind the acting Captain of 11th Division; unlike most Shinigami, she was wearing quite a bit of armor. She did not, however, speak. She was simply there to fight if it was necessary (perhaps a 99.99983742% chance), and that was about it. She watched fornow, however, her expression betraying nothing of what she thought of the situation.

"Oi! Que Pasa man? I imagine he is," Raiden said not really turning to face him. Raiden continued to walk towards the Virgin Forest with his ten boxes of cigarettes, "I was just about to go and apologize to him personally. I swear. He's currently somewhere in the Virgin Forest huh?"
Raiden knew exactly what Kaigen was here for, the only thing was, that he couldn't let Tsumuro go alone against the Old Man and whoever else was there.

Kikazu walked through out the Rukongai looking at all the little the kids running around the streets he looked down at all the wanting to be lifted up. "Not today little ones" Kikazu said looking at all the little kids. The little kids whined until he soon gave in he lifted a little boy up to his shoulders as he walked pasted a pair of shinigami. One was walking away e nodded his head at the one of shinigami as he put the kid down and walked over to the him.

Kaigen noddded, moving even closer to Raiden. "Awe, and my friend and I were really looking forward to bringing you back to him the way he ordered . . . well, it can't be helped. You wouldn't hate it if we tagged along with you to make sure, would you?"

I would actually. You see, I have this thing when it comes to apologizing to people. I can only only actually apologize with only one extra person in the area," Raiden explained, "I asked my good friend Tsumuro if he can be my one witness. Sorry, anyone else tagging along would just throw off my vibe and then I wouldn't be able to bring myself to be able to apologize to the Old Man. I know none of us want that, now would we?"

Sayo quietly rested a hand on the hilt of her weapon, a subtle reminder of the fact that if ordered to, she would attack. Really, 'attack dog' was a fairly accurate description of her; while she had been Lieutenant of 10th Division, her Captain had been in the habit of pointing somewhere, getting behind her, and saying 'go' to get her to fight. It had worked out surprisingly well, all things considered, though it was much easier to do in open areas than where there were buildings she'd be smashing through. Those did tend to slow her down somewhat...

Kikazu saw another shinigami he continued to run up to them both. "You two wouldn't be happening to be going to the virgin forest?" Kikazu asked the two shinigami. As the little kids surrounded him again he looked down and nodded his head no.

Taking a swig from his cigarette, he blew the smoke lazily to the side as he noticed the approaching shinigami. Obviously the old man had sent soldiers after all. It was only a matter of time anyways before they'd come. Scratching his head, he raised his eyebrows with a slight smile.
"Ah Captain Kaigen, good to see ya. What's the deal. Surely you didn't come way out here just to tell my little buddy here that the old man's pissed. I mean c'mon, judging from his reiatsu surging from out there, we all know he's pissed."
He said missing the entire point purposely. With that he took another swig from the cigarette before puffing out a looped circle of smoke that expanded in Kaigen's face. He didn't care about going back right now. In a way what Shiori and Kana had done to the fourteenth division had benefited him somewhat. If there was no fourteenth division, there was no work. And with no work, he could live his life without the slightest worry. Of course in these times that wasn't going to happen, but it was something he was willing to fight for. While he conversed with the captain, his hand silently fell upon his zanpaktou.

"Just until we get there . . . once you're in Yata-sama's presence, we promise to wait outside." Kaigen replied, raising a hand to Sayo, as if telling her to keep steady. She was itching to smash something, but it might not come to that.
"And Raiden . . . that's not debatable . . ." he replied, his eyes becoming completely serious, though he maintained his smile.
