getting over something is always hard, but starting something new is harder, you need friends in this time, and you have to do something that will take your mind off your past relationship with this guy.
life is hard, and it will only get harder from here on out. dealing with things like that now, will help you for when you are older, and shot out into the real world. Where everything can change in a moment.

Captain_Sipid_Peabody Wendy_Chan Chocolate helps, and tea. Indulge yourself in your favorite treats, Bad idea. If you do this you'll get fat, and therefore ugly. In that kind of state it'll be impossible to find another man. Also, I'd like to note that in most cases the chances of failure in a relationship are extremely high, which often leads to heart ache, depression, and everything else. Now that you have a better sense of the odds, perhaps you'll be more cautious next time. Green tea boosts metabolism, and chocolate is okay in small doses.

It's very fattening, and also causes skin problems as well. You should always avoid sweets and other junk like that, no matter what life situation you're in.

Dark chocolate has lots of antioxidants... it's the milk ones that are most fattening. But whatever; I don't wanna turn this into a health debate. You've got your own opinion, and I've got mine.

[sorry it is so long.. I'm going through similar trauma] Seems that boys, [not men] are in a stage of detaching and crawling away from their promises, now doesn't it? U_U I think he is a coward, personally.. Why would he just leave you without a reason, or just because he "can't handle it anymore" [unless you have not stated a reason that I overlooked before..] If he just left you because he is [basically cowardly and immature] then I hope you see it is in your best interest, actually... Maybe that's even how HE sees it. My ex used to promise [and sound like he meant it] when we spoke of a house and sex and all that stuff that comes with the words I Love You. My opinion is that they do in fact mean it, they love the idea of it, and honestly find it appealing, but they just.. don't have the actual initiative [or motivation] or..they realize what actually carrying it out could entail.. an end to the way life was when they were truly alone? [simply going out can have this effect too] Most guys initiate space when they want to back out... That's just a false hope, though.. [sometimes that means they want to go sleep around or get into trouble without your guilt trippin or whatever, but that depends on the guy] ..Just be very glad that you were informed of how he feels now, instead of sitting, wondering, and hoping... I did that dealy for 3 years, and it was bogus. Be happy for yourself to be able to Cultivate Happiness for your Alone time. See it as a new beginning, and a way to grow in yourself... Someone will come along and see what a beautiful person you truly are, and honestly appreciate you for all you can offer. I don't actually know you of course, but you seem very sweet and sensitive.. Cultivate your strong points.. an forget that loser.. let someone else sort em out.
wink heart
