A small little dogs came into the canpoy, having the coat of a fire and bright oragne eyes. He yipped and licks Avani's cheek, sitting at her side.
"Natsu this is Pyro, the little flame" SHe said as he ate happy to give him nurishment.
She knew that the little pup was sitting outsdide waiting for her. "Pyro please go and invite Nahimana in, tell her its a pleasure to have the totem of a spiritual leader in my tent." She saidand pyro nodded trotting out.
"I hope you do not mind Natsu, we can all talk together. I find it people like to have more than one person as an audience"
The little dog twisted in and out on people's feet. When he came up on the little totem he smiled. "The godess would like you to join them. She tells me that it's an honor to have teh totem of a spiritual leader in her tent."

Sitting somewhat uncomfortably in the midst of the large, slow-moving crowd, Nahimana was surprised when a small, flame-colored hound appeared from the legs of the humans moving past and approaching her.
The Goddess would like you to join them. She tells me that it's an honor to have the totem of a spiritual leader in her tent.
Blinking, somewhat surprised, all Nahimana could manage was a quick nod to the little one before following him through a break in the stream of humans. Reverently entering the Goddess' domain, Nahimana padded over to the Goddess and offered a deep bow of her head, "I thank you for your hospitality Mother;" Nahimana spoke quietly, but surely and looked up from her bow to address the Goddess directly. "It is an honor to be so cordially invited into your presence." Turning her head slightly to address the hound who had promptly returned to sit at Avani's side, Nahimana offered a gentle grin. "My thanks to you as well, Little Brother." Darting a quick glance at the young male, Nahi offered him the smallest hint of a smile before turning back to face the Goddess and taking a seat in the soft grass underfoot.

The godess smiled at her being so formal. "Please little one, no need to be so formal. I am no better than anyone else, deserving no more elequence than another totem" She spoke rather smoothly, her tone slmoat ringing through the air.
"Nahimana, you come with many questions, do you not?" she asked reading her mind, her thoughts easily connicting with the pup. "About where your part will take you now?"

Natsu sniffed slightly glancing up again to the shimmering female that approached, the slightly younger wolf just sitting there. He couldn't help but give her a curious look, having to wonder why she was waiting about on the edge. He was glad to know that it was her he'd smelled coming in, maybe another person to meet, something about her just seemed interesting.
"Pyro..." natsu huffed giving a grin to the fiery looking little dog, quite an interesting companion for the earth goddess to have, almost like they were complete opposites. "Ahn, mind..no" he said with a small wag of his tail, watching with a deep interest as the female came closer. He had to smile at how polite she was, so much more humble and respectful then he'd been, this one had class, even the way she spoke seemed to hold a note of experience despite her age, a wisdom about her.
He noticed her light smile and returned it licking his lips as he swallowed down another fruit. Listening in on the twos conversation. His ears perking as he heard the females name, nahimana it tingled as he thought about it. It was still surprising how the earth mother knew all there names.

"I..." Nahimana did not quite know where to begin, so she took a moment to focus, trying to not fidget too much under the Goddess' gentle gaze... and shockingly grateful for the indigo male's unobtrusive presence. His smile was somehow encouraging, though Nahi was sure he was just being polite. Ah, well, might as well start with how she came to be in her current mindset.
"Mother, as you were aware, I was under the care of one of the Zarias' spiritual leaders. But... Grandfather has continued his journey onto the spirit path and I am feeling... lost."
Nahi paused considering how to continue. She did not particularly want pity, she was not alone, she was simply now lacking a strong guiding figure in her life... and she was unused to having no one to seek wisdom from. "I still have Takota, the grandson of my guardian and his totem Shappa... who I consider to be my brother. And I am certain the other spirit leaders would welcome me. But I do not belong with them, as much as I care for them, I..." While Nahimana did have an idea of what she wanted, she would wait to see if the Goddess had anything to say; she had spoken a bit much. She wondered what the Earth Mother would think of Grandfather's deathbed suggestion that she go seek the Shaman and learn the ways of healing, of the Earth.

((i have some plotting ideas with both of them. You two intrested?))
Avani only smiled and wrapped a wing around the pup. Flowers popping out of them encircling the pup in beautiful colors. Showing that the godess was happy with her.
"My dear child, you are no longer lost." She said rather kindly. "You have found yourself" she said almost getting ahead of herself.
"Nahi, you are a seer. Able to predict thing that havn't yet happened, and see things that have long since past. You are to help many people, and then find your place at ones side. Weather it be another totem of a human" Avani told her smiling brightly.
Then she looked up at Natsu. "And Natsu, you also are destined for great things."She told him. "That is why you two were brought to me at the same time, your paths are the same direction but different paces." The godess spoke almost in riddles.

(( fine with me, as long as it involves Nahi leaving to start her tribe! xD PM me? LOL, and Shini eventually wants my wolfie to have her wolfie's babies -amused- ))
Nahimana huddled slightly under the protective wing, blinking up at the Goddess in quiet surprise. A Seer? Looking down, not realizing she was voicing her thoughts aloud, Nahimana muttered to herself "So that is why he... Natsu has silver wings... and why I knew I had to come here this morning; why I had already seen myself doing so..." Her brow furrowed as she looked back up and waited for the Earth Mother to continue.

Natsu couldnt help but feel a little bad hearing the girls story, she had lost someone important to her, and he of all people could understand feeling lost. The earth mother avani was very cheerful though, giving the girl good news, he couldnt help but give her a curious look though when she mentioned nahi being a 'seer' of all things..A she wolf who would be a great help to the world, a special one, well there was perfectly sweet prediction.
Natsu let out a small huff of a laugh as she mentioned him, smirking at the pair "Great things for me also? Forgive me earth mother, but I highly doubt that, I of all creatures am not meant for anything so great" he said it with a smile though his voice held disdain in it. He had never done anything great, would never do anything great, he only caused trouble.
"What now?" wings did she say wings? Wings..he had no wings..maye she wasnt much of a seer afterall.."I think your seer is confused, I don't have wings" he shrugged, he liked this girl, both of them there sweetness that kind personality. He just couldnt be as optimistic about it all as they were.

"You both do not know of your future yet" She knew that she musten't reveal too much. For it would only scare them both.
"But Nahi you must learn the ways of shaman, for it will help you come more in touch with your ability. If you truely wish to find your way and conqure your powers." Avani said to the little one.
"And Natsu, a great worrior" She said smiling at the male, if only he knew that this female was his mate to be ((possibly from your plotting ideas)). "You must stay with her, protect her form all harm."
Her words were soft and she smiled at their soon to blossum love. Only wishing she had the same for herself. She wished that it was her time to find love.
"Nahi, you must find someone to train you."

Nahimana nodded at the Goddess, thinking for a moment as the Earth mother addressed the indigo male. Protect me indeed Nahi scoffed internally. He seemed nice enough, but not quite as bright in the head as his coat was. Nahimana had great respect for the words of the Goddess... but having Natsu follow and protect her? That was a bit much. She would probably be able to lose 'Stripes' there pretty quickly once she started journeying.
Realizing that Avani was probably not distracted enough to miss her thoughts, she cringed slightly, knowing the Goddess would probably chide her... or give her one of those knowing looks that made her feel so young. Didn't really matter though, Natsu would have to earn her trust and respect to be able to have anything to do with her!
Surging forward, hoping to avoid any looks or lecture, Nahimana addressed the Goddess again. "Earth Mother, our shaman here with the Zarias... she is a Shaman of the Earth. I... don't I need a shaman of... of... ...of something else? Nahi finished in a relatively small voice, realizing just how great her journey might become.
Small or big, short or life-long... even if she had to travel to train a little bit with EVERY shaman... it didn't matter: she could do it.
She would do it. And Grandfather would look down and be proud for her, for the strength of her spirit.

"And I dont particularly want to know it.." natsu thought to himself sarcastically. Jaw dropping as lady avani turned towards him and spoke again, "Ah..ah..what!? I have to what now!" he asked rather shocked at her statement, eyes wide as he glanced from nahi to lady avani. Honestly she couldnt be serious could she? Even if she was the goddess didn't she know, he was only trouble! Feh hardly a great warrior, just a simple wandering traveler, at least he never claimed to be anything more, had never even imagined something like that.
"Great goddess, I mean no disrespect, but I don't think I'm the one you want protecting her..." he offered with a small shrug "Heh I'm much more of a loner you see, I travel and..and thats all there is to me" the male huffed slightly, scratching at the earth beneath his paws as he glanced away. This was far to awkward for him, all he ever brought was trouble to anyone anyways, he couldnt possibly go along with this nahi.

Avani did indeed hear Nahi's thoughts, but paied no attention to them. Both of their responses were perfectly fine.
"Nahi, every shaman has an inner gift, it does not matter who trains you. For it is only the teachings of control and releasing your gifts. Special things shall come in time, your personal 'tricks' as i say will come when they are ready" She told her and smiled, knowing full and well that the gifts this totem held were almost matched by her own.
The green godess heard Natsu's comment and glared at him. "You are the one i know will protect her, i do not want anything. I am simply the one who bears the news of your destineys." she told him, her voice slightly darker, not happy with how he seemed to think she was wrong.
"This is your destiny, do not run form it, fight for it"

Natsu couldn't help but let out a deep sigh, cowering slightly under the great goddess glare and dark tone, he could tell he had angered her and it wasn't any fun at all to have her anger directed at him. "Fine..heh I suppose I did come here for guidance didn't I?" indeed and now he was getting it..even if it wasn't exactly what he wanted to hear he couldn't be completely ungrateful for it. It was just one of those 'be careful what you wish for' kind of moments..
"If what you say is true great goddess..even if it puts me with her" he huffed slightly giving nahi a slightly distasteful look "Then I guess I'll follow your words" the purple wolf finally gave a light bow, resigned to silencing himself lest he say something stupid. Not that it mattered much with the great goddess's gift, the spookiness of her reading his thoughts. At least he wouldn't sound like a complete idiot to nahi.

((adding a new player, if no one minds too much~ and sorry I got wordy? -shot-))
Vadoma wandered aimlessly through the Zarias festival, excited that her troupe of performers had been invited. Far too often, she had to lead, to be all-knowing... it was so rare she had a day to act like the young woman she still was. One of the youngest Syeira the now-struggling Destari tribe had ever seen, so many people thought of her as the savior, the hope of their people... and the pressure to not disappoint was very great. Having gotten word in a dream that the Earth Goddess living with the Zarias would be glad to she her, she had collected her best performers and gotten ready to travel to the lands of the Zarias when a messenger had arrived from one of the Zarias' Shamans inviting some musicians to join in the festivities. It was so rare that anyone wanted the Destari to come visit; most thought of them as only trouble makers. But Vadoma was thrilled her efforts to curb her people's less-liked habits were starting to bear fruit! Coming around the corner, only to see a beautiful living tent glowing in a beam of sunlight, Vadoma realized she must have found the Goddess. Simionce, her owl friend, flapped silently overhead, landing on her offered wrist and delicately curving his talons around the fine-boned appendage and the two moved forward so see what the celestial summons might have in store for them. Nahimana glared balefully at the disrespectful oaf; conveniently forgetting her own disdain towards Avani's suggestion. She would put the wretch in his place as soon as she was out of the Goddess' hearing range and then she would lose him in the crowds and be done with him! Hmph! So long, Stripes... Nahimana's plotting was, rather rudely, interrupted by a young human female stepping tentatively into her line of sight. She was accompanied by an owl and dressed very strangely in colorful layers of a light cloth that was completely different from the beautifully tanned skins the Zarias favored. Metallic glimmers and surprisingly musical jangles accompanied her movements and a pair of wide amethyst eyes framed by riotous dark curls made contact with each of the gathered wolves before the human offered them all a slight bow with hands clasped at her heart. Not entirely certain how to proceed, Vadoma simply offered a bow of respect. The Destari did not, at this time, have any totems to look after and had not had any in her lifetime. She knew the creatures to be extremely intelligent, but was unsure whether or not she could communicate with them directly. But offering her respect could not hurt anything and if the wolves simply nodded in return, she would go and seek out the Shaman to thank her for her invitation.

Avani smiled and bid them both farewell. She knew that it would be a pain in the butt for both of them to stick together. It would all pay off later, she knew their future, though she was never allowed to reveal it.
Glancing down at her faitful companion, Pyro looked up at her and smiled.
"Avani, do you think they will listen?" He asked as she shrugged.
"Honestly im not sure, that part is a bit fuzzy until they make up their minds." She told him and smiled handing him some fruit.
