Joshua held the bar with his legs, and leaned back, using his arms to support him, to see the coulds. "Can you see the dragons?" He asked. He pointed to the black and green blurs that were trees and birds. It was easy to imagine them being dragons. "Think they want to play with us too."

Bishop's eyes narrowed as she let her imagination take over " Mmm maybe but dragons are meat eater and they might try to eat us." Bishop had no desire to be eaten thanks.

Josh frowned slightly. He hadn't thought of the dragons trying to eat them. "They won't eat us. I think they're nice dragons." He nodded as well as the spinning allowed.
After all, it was never the black and green dragons that ate people. Those were the mean purple ones.

" Aren't people with swords supposed to fight dragons" Rook asked softly but loud enough so the other would hear. Knights but others too with swords would fend off dragons and kill them a lot of the time.
" Only evil dragons" Bishop corrected her brother " If they ones are nice then Josh doesn't have to fight them.

"Nice ones help people with swords," Josh corrected Rook with a smile and a nod. "Sometimes they help knights save the princess, in stories." He paused. "But if they're bad dragons, they kidnap the princess, and the knight has to fight them. Or sometimes they steal treasure and horde it, like Smaug did." He explained.
He felt lucky that his 'princess' wasn't here. Then no evil dragons would come. And he didn't have treasure, so Smaug wouldn't try to riddle them out of gold.

" We should hunt for bad dragons and steal some of their treasure" Bishop suggested. ever since she'd gotten the coin necklace from Elizabeth for Christmas the girl had taken a liking to collecting shiny things. She'd always loved money and coins but now her interest was doubled. That and the young girl was starting to get a bit dizzy and sick
" Can we fight it without killing it" Rook asked? He didn't really like the idea of killing something even in pretend.

Josh shook his head at Bishop. He didn't fancy the idea of hunting anything, especially dragons. "What if we got a bad dragon mixed up with a good dragon?" He asked, with a frown. "What if we thought a good dragon was a bad dragon and accidently hurt it? Then all the good ones would become bad."
He nodded at Rook. He understood that point of view. Even in pretend, killing was a serious and sad thing.

Bishop frowned and slid off the merry go round as it began to slow. The girl wanted to find treasure and her head wings twitches in irritation. Nowe she was just bored.

Josh had to think for a moment. "Let's be pirates!" He decided, trying to make both of his friends happy. Bishop wanted to find treasure, Rook didn't want to kill anyone. Pirates was obviously the best choice.
"You can be captain," He offered, looking at Bishop.

Pirates sounded decent to Bishop and she did like the idea of being the captain. " Ok then crew everyone off the ship" she pointed to the merry go round. We're on the hunt for treasure. We'll need to climb to the tallest point aroudn here and search for clue as to where the ones ones here might have hid it." She was after all without a treasure map but as a pirate she had keen senses for such things.
Rook smiled and he hopped off the merry go round and .as he caught his balance he unfurled his tail to help with that. He pointed towards the junglegym , it was the tallest thing he could seen. " that uh rock pile looks pretty tall " well the interconnected blue painted iron bars were domed shaped like a mound of rocks and it was the best thing he could think of.

Josh jumped off the ship, and headed towards the pile of rocks. At least, that's what his imagination told him he was doing. He started to climb the jungle gym. "I see something!" He told Bishop, when he got to the top and sat.
There were two trees, leaning in an almost crossed formation. He pointed to them. "X Marks the spot!" He cried.

The sibling pair had waited at the foot of the jungle gym, no point in everyone climbing it and getting each other's way. Bishops ear wings twitched at the news and the girl grinned. " Good work Josh," She praised the other boy before heading off in a run towards the trees. Her friend was bigger and longer legs than she did, Bishop was sure he'd be able to catch up soon enough.
Rook waited for josh wanting to makee sure the other got down ok.

Josh climbed down, and smiled at Rook. "Let's catch up with your sister." He said cheerfully. He knew it wouldn't be long before they did; both were taller, and probably faster.
"We don't want her to take all the treasure, do we?"

"She'd share" Rook said starting to head after her anyways but feeling the need to defend his sister. Bishop might have been the one most interested in finding treasure but she wasn't a dragon or the type to hoard it all to herself.

Josh shook his head. "Pirates don't really share well. They like to send people to the plank if they try stealing their gold." He told Rook with a smile. He knew that Bishop would play the part of a pirate captain perfectly. She was good at that sort of thing.
Though, Josh did wonder what it would be like to be forced to walk the plank. So far, it hadn't happened to him.
