Chincha smiled, before throwing out his paw with a giggle.
"You come find me." He said, nodding, and then taking off behind some trees, waiting for her to turn around before he'd actually go and hide.
He'd have to learn to be really quiet, as he wasnt as stealthy as another cub a little older than him. He still had alot to learn.
But he hoped he would be a decent enough Hide and Seek player.

Pilates head lowered and she turned her back counting and giggling. "One, twoooooo..." She extended the numbers in a teasing manner. "twentyyyyy... YOU BETTER BE FINDING A GOOD PLACE CHINCHA!" She cried out and continued counting.
The cub leaped up after the counting had ended and called ,"READY OR NOT HERE I COME!" with that the cub was off, sprinting in a vast circle... not really observing. Obviously, Pilates game was tag.

Chincha dove behind the rocks, hiding in the shadows. His grey pelt somewhat concealing him, though if she had truly gotten close enough it wouldnt be too hard to possibly notice him.
He giggled a bit, and lowered his body to the grounds, watching her go round and round.
Oh she'd never find him here!

He was right, she probably would never find him at the rate she was going. Her perception was something Pilate desperately needed to develop. It was awful, and, she passed by his hiding place at least ten times with out even noticing that a cub was there.
Pilate came to a halting stop and panted. She was tired from running around in aimless circles, that was one thing for sure.
"Ch-..CHINCHA!" She called out and took a few more breaths. "I give up!"

Aha he had won! Finally! He bolted out from behind the rock and shouted.
"Here I am!" He was giggling a bit, and then he looked at the cheetah.
"Oh Im sorry if it was too hard.. But that means I won! Would you like to hide now?" He asked, cocking his head not wanting to lose a friend because he had won the first round.

The cheetah almost fell forward in surprise but didn't. She hadn't even noticed that he had been there and that made her even more surprised.
"Maybe I should slow down next time.." The cub smiled and trotted over towards him.
"Eh, sure I can hide, then maybe next time we can both hide together," The cub had forgotten that they needed a seeker. That concept still kinda seemed far off to her.

Chincha giggled and nudged her gently with his paw. "You dont really like this game do you?" He asked.
Well he knew of other games, but he wasnt sure if she was bored of him, or whether or not he should be heading home either. The sun was still high in the sky, but he tried not to be away from mother for too very long.
"It's fun once you get the hang of it." He said with a nod.

"Ohhh! No no no ! I like it I just.." She didn't know. Her favorite things to do were run, kill and eat prey and hang out with others. Games she liked that involved a lot of running. Food, she liked that too and she liked her sister. Her mind drifted a little before spiraling back down to earth.
"I guess I just need some more practice," She giggled and pawed at the other and smiled, " Practice makes perfect." She'd heard that saying before and was only repeating what she heard. The cub didnt grasp the full understanding of the phrase.

"Oh yes, thats a good way to look at it." He said, plopping his rear down on a smooth rock. He loved to sunbathe, and this rock offered the perfect place.
He sprawled onto his back, and pawed at her while looking upside down.
He did that for a bit, before he slid off the rock onto the earth.
"OOF."

The green cheetah couldn't help but snort before rushing over to help him.
"I'm sorry, are you alright?" Concern spread on her face. She pawed at him slightly. " That was some spill you took." She pawed at him again.

He smiled, giggling.
"Yeah! Im fine. Takes more to hurt me than falling off an old rock." He said, with a nod.
But he looked at the sky, whose sun was setting on the horizon, and then back at Pilate.
"Hey I should be going. Momma will be worried.. Can we be friends though, and hang out again sometime?" He asked, wiggling his little butt.

Pilate nodded, " Of course we can be friends. " She smiled at the thought of another friend to play with. It made her feel a little bit more in place in the world.
"Next time I promise not to suck so much at hide and seek," She snorted and laughed. She was really bad at that game but it was still alot of fun and she really liked the companionship she had gotten.
Pilate took a few steps back and hopped on the rock the cub had just fallen off of, "And maybe next time you'll have better balance," She pawed playfully at him and fell off her self. That caused her to erupt in more laughing. That rock just wasn't suitable for sitting.

He smiled, nodding exhuberantly. "Yes! I shall find you again. I shall!"
He said, flicking his tail and taking off, making his way for home. His mother might be mad he was being so late.
But YAY. He had made his first, non family friend! How proud momma would be after all.
