Uhuru followed quickly, a smile on his face now. This was perfect! Well...so far. "What...sort of position did you have in mind for me?" He was curious of the 'place' the lioness spoke of...Then again, Uhuru was curious period. He WAS a bard after all!

Moto 'hmmed'. Perhaps...if things had been different, she and Serithi would have found that coalition. It sounded very nice. "That's good. Perhaps...before I tell you, young on...I could have your names?"

"Mabaka'damu and Uhuru...good names." A bit strange, but no less strange than her own. "As for places within the pride...You'll have to start as apprentices, Tarajali, and learn the trades. But once done with that...You two seem to hold a balance we seek to keep. Demon-hunter and Purifier...One to hunt those demons who cannot be reconciled, and one to lead those demons who CAN be reconciled. And they do exist...They do exist..."

Uhuru nodded in assent. "Yes! Best to learn before jumping into things!" His smile was wide now, far from the shy thing he had been. Just like always, he and Mabaka would be two halves of a whole!

Moto chuckled. "Good, good! Welcome, young ones." She smiled back at them as they approached the river that started inside the pride. "Your new family will want to meet you, once they hear of you."
